Q3
Diameter multiplied by pi = Circumference
In order to be a rational number
It should satisfy 3 conditions
We can write it in P by Q form
Where P and Q are Integers
and Q Is not = to zero
Diameter by Circumference does not satisfy the second requirement
Because the circumference of a circle is a rational number
