Or that this EMIYA is all the incarnations of Shirou mixed into one due to how summoning servants works.

Most of my servants, and even my support servant couldn’t do jack to Siegfried, but for some reason Emiya did, his anti army attack doing more than a maxed out Cú alter to one target, I then remembered, his np ignores defense, somehow, his normal attacks did more then any other servant I had, he may be unknown, and he may not have the best stats, but he always gets the job done, and somehow finds a way to turn the tide. I am glad I got him from a free 4 star pick up, for I may of never beaten sieg without him

I don't have 5* servants for this fight, just borrow Waver full skill, with the team including Mashu, Emiya, Shakespeare, David and Heracles. After 2 NP, Siegfried was left with only ~5000HP, easy. Thank you Emiya, I'm glad to have you as a starter.

So you got it wrong. Siegfried is NOT invincible. If he was it would be showing "invincible" when emiya does normal attacks not 0 damage hits. What Siegfried has is 200% defense and THEN a 90% damage reduction on TOP of that. What Emiya does is ignore some of that defense. Note that even a 100% defense, if no other buffs are taken into consideration, already nullifies all damage.

i've used Mash (post camelot), Emiya lvl 80 and Weaver(Friend) for this, almost too easy(10 turns). But if you no have Emiya, you can try Shiki(assasin) since her np also ignores defense. Another team that make it easy is, Mash(there is no way you not have her), Shiki and Tamamo (if you not have Weaver) IF! you do not have Mash lvl 70 or more (you can go to hell, because you're the worst Senpai ever), you can use Hans (but you'll need to protect him). here are the teams: My Recomendation - mash, emiya and weaver (or hans/tamamo). F2P friendly - mash, shiki(assasin) and hans. another teams that should work - hans, shiki/emiya/Kintoki(berserker, i know, he is not F2P) and Suport (anyone that buffs atk/def or debuff def/np is a good opition). note: i think you should already know, you'll need event CE (Princess of the White Rose), if you don't have the fight will be a lot more harder (but not impossible).
I really don't know about a any other servant that ignore defense, fits in this fight (If anyone know, please share with me if it's possible) and are f2p. But if you don't have any friend that can share one of those, I can lend my Archer or Shiki if you need help.

I just copied a friend's strategy with their Emiya for mine, only tweaked it with what servants I had available. My setup was: caesar (could have whatever CE), lvl 90 Emiya (6/10/10 strengthened), support Waver, and swap caesar with Shakespeare with Ox King CE. I was aiming to one shot, but np2 wasn't enough :c but it did take out 40k health

I beat him with cu alter, that last turn had my heart racing, at first I used a friend's emiya, hans, and ozymandias, my plan was to use hans np twice, ozy's charisma, and the defense debuff from his np to try and take him out, I got to 20,000 how before emiya got taken out by a random critical, then came mash and cu alter, cu started doing a good bit of damage, about 2,000-3000 damage a chain so I started brave chaining him using mash to keep him alive for as long as possible.

Muhammad Kharismawan Divinity flat damage goes right through it for some reason, I think most if not all Flat Damage Plus does.
All flat dmg does go through him. It can be from servant's passive or CE. Even flat dmg from buster brave chain can do dmg to him.
In short, Tamamo has divinity. Other servants have it too. There's your answer.

It is an Emiya with np2, I do not know if it works with np1. But I beat him with 1 hp in the last np.
My Emiya's NP was at level 1, although I made sure to put more def down on Sumanai with two Wavers and Mata Hari.
my NP3 Emiya with the MLB ce, Shakespeare, support NP5 Waver, my Waver with MLB Ox demon king ce almost one shot sumanai. Next turn buster him down
