I'm mainly a full-stack to backend engineer :) I've used Java and Python throughout college and Ruby on Rails for this internship, and as long as I'm not working with C/C++ and lower I'd be happy lol. For front-end I've only used React and it's a rly cool technology! I'll be working a lot more with React in my upcoming internship so am definitely looking forward to that. The people there are some of the kindest, most passionate people I've met, and I was able to make fast, meaningful impact due to the small size and rapid growth of the company. I don't know if I'll get to making a video on how I got there, but to give a brief summary I attended Grace Hopper Conference in 2019 where I got in contact with Gusto, went through a round of interviews, and voila :)
