You missed a treat with the Ocean club facilities and diner...should have had a swim and sauna and help out your shoulder...lol. we loved our time at Seahouses and the surrounding district. Looking forward to Whitby and hope the gales eased.
Thanks Dawn, it definitely looked a great site sadly I was quite down with the shoulder injury which is a long term thing I just have to live with, hope you enjoy Whitby next week. Thanks for watching 🏴☠️🖤
We love watching the banter and interaction between you two , nice place Seahouses, and the site looked really nice. Hope the shoulder injury has sorted itself out Rick. Looking forward to Whitby . Best wishes H and M
The banter is probably our usp, it’s definitely not our filming 🤣 ahhh the shoulder… unfortunately it’s an ongoing thing just from years crawling under cars and lifting and manual work, only worse the damper it gets unfortunately. But we crack on! Cheers for watching ❤️
What a lovely area especially as you came around that corner and that castle was right infront of you , lovely campsite so handy those serviced pitches and immaculate bogs ! Proper posh 👍😀 Cheers guys
Aw. Nice you could use the pitch. Gorgeous castle. Looks like some nice walks along there. Sounds very posh. Nice treat but as you say, expensive during the summer. Poppy dressed to impress. Pleased your shoulder is better Rick. Van rocking again 😉. Enjoy Whitby xx
Looks a nice site and very near the see. A lovely and great jesters from Steve and Helen too. Didn't think that car was going to stop at the junction as you approached the castle.. Not too sure on your rendition of the Leisurebit tune 🤣🤣. Cheers both
Lovely site with a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. We love Seahouses it’s such a lovely place with so much to see and do. Eh you might get used to posh camping! 🤣I thought you had bought a drone for a moment too when you should the site map! 🤣 Oh aye - vans shaking - bad shoulder 🤔🫣 Great video as ever guys! Rachel, David & Roxy ❤
Did that site invent a fourth season with Peak season, thought I saw Ian hiding behind a bush at one point😂😂Not sure I'd care for the pitch layouts, looked like you were on show wherever you sat outside. Cheers K.
I think it was the smallest pitch but we appreciated the gift! Lovely site and I’m told the club is wonderful but we’re not usually fans of that type of site, bit of grass, nice walks, pub close…. We’re happy 👍
I’m sure none TH-camrs get it wrong too but you don’t hear them….. regional pronouncements are country wide, I assume if you lived by me you’d say something different to a local…. But thanks for watching
Enjoyed your video, I live up that way, for an unserviced pitch outside bamburgh castle it’s only £12. I’ve just done a campervan guide video you might find helpful if you visit this way again. All the best
Lovely countryside! Beautiful views of the sea!
I do like the static park homes. Gorgeous village!
It was a lovely site for sure 😊

Decent of the campsite to not charge you 😎 Looks nice too, lovely views of the castle. Em💛
Yeah they did stipulate on the website non transferable but they were good to let us!

Thanks buddy it’s beautiful in Northumberland a hidden gem we love it.
Many is the time when a stranger’s car turns the corner a slams on the brakes at the sight of Bamburgh castle and the sea. Outstanding view.
Hope you feel better soon. Take care Gill
Thanks Gill the shoulder is just an ongoing thing usually worse in winter, just worn out.
Nice that you got a free site, we love it when we can get a spot for nothing..
Certainly a bonus 👍

Sadly my shoulder is pretty bad again I’ve just worn it out over the years, Seahouses is great though we’ll be back.
It was really lovely to meet you both. Thank you for the mention. 😊 Hope to bump into you again sometime. From Suzie and Alan
Hi both, yeah lovely to meet you, maybe we’ll bump into you again it’s a small world really! Take care and enjoy your camping👍
Such a lovely area we have been to seahouses and bamburgh many times so much to see and do!
Agreed! We’ll be back!
Liked the video and the humour, site looked lovely but a tad expensive. Hope your shoulder is better take care 🚐👍
Thanks Eric, Shoulder is always worse late in the year, just worn out I’m afraid 🙁
For 7 nights in the summer for under £450 is amazing value with the pool and everything 😍
I suppose if that’s what you want then yes it’s better value than Butlins or something! 👍
I'm London way so good value.
Yep I suppose so!

I didn’t notice the car until watching back…. It was a lovely gesture from S&H and my leisurebit tune was bang on compared to H’s go at ours!
Lovely site with a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. We love Seahouses it’s such a lovely place with so much to see and do.

Great video as ever guys!
Rachel, David & Roxy ❤
It’s definitely somewhere we’re going to return to, we love Northumberland, sadly my shoulder is shot and it’s playing up terribly at the moment 😢
Oh no - what have you done to it? I had calcerific tendinitis in mine and needed an op … Rachel
It’s just worn out from years of manual work and crawling under cars and general abuse, clicks and cracks and aches like mad when it’s damp or cold.
You really should stop at Bamborough the Castle overlooks the Beach which is very large and beautiful.
We’ll be back one day!

Bambra as we say it in Notthumberland 👍👍👍
Noted! We will return one day and I’ll be sure to correct myself 👍

Thanks, is that your channel name?
@@RickandHeather hi it’s backpackmac
@@petemaccc I’ll have a look
For future reference it is pronounced 'Bamburra' Castle not 'Bamber'.
Cheers! I’m not from around there 😊
Also you pointed out the castle it’s totally the wrong direction to where you pointed out !!
Oh no….
Its Bam Borough
Thanks! I’m not native of the area! 😊
I have tourer not far from Seahouses,i love Northumberland but would not pay fifty to sixty quid per nite. A total rip off.
We didn’t pay but agreed it’s mad
