Its sad that as I post this comment on September 16 of 2018 to think it might be forever before anyone stumbles across me a big fan of the elijah. But I have only listened to them since December of 17' I didn't even know them when they were together. I'm listening to a dead band that's been dead and forgotten for years. When they broke up I was probably 12 years old. Playing in the dirt with hot wheels or killing skeletons with my stick sword. All while this band broke up who knew years later I would find this song. This band. That's helping me to overcome rejection from the most beautiful girl in my town. Sally Snow. Every one knows her. Everyone loves her. So did I. She didn't want to know me. It hurts when someone you love doesn't love you back. Ah but I did not love her? Only crushing you would say? No. She was confident. Southern. Adventurous. But I couldn't have her. I will look for her in other people but will not find her. By the time someone reads this she will be gone away with someone else having kids and who knows what. I don't know where I will be. If anyone reads this respond. Be a human and respond to me.

I think you and I are a part of a small group that still listens to them. The singer is in Being As An Ocean now, but I'm not a big fan of them.
