Ever since I discovered you about 3 months ago I have been cooking alot more for my family and of course it takes some pressure off my wife who is a great cook! For the last 10 years I have tried to eat healthy as much as possible and work out. Thanks you so much for easy, healthy and high protien meals! 3 minute cooking instructions are my way to cook!!! Thanks again and keep up the great work!!!
Thank you. A work colleague of mine was microwaving the other day and when he finished he had scrambled eggs. I was like, " oh, you can do that? " So thought I would buy some eggs and try it out. Thanks for the tips.
I live in WV and can purchase a dozen eggs for about $0.70. I microwave four eggs each morning with either Turkey Sausage Crumbles or Bacon Bits and Cheese. Super fast and easy breakfast.
I'm staying in a motel, whose kitchen was out of action, and I wanted eggs for breakfast. I pretty much figured it out myself, but checked your channel to confirm. Turned out great, thanks.
Microwaving eggs sure is a quick and easy way to make a meal, but preheating a pan for a minute or 2 at full heat and doing the American style scrambled eggs is just so much tastier and it's just as quick and easy, in fact easier in my opinion. Edit: you can also chuck in some rice, greens etc (which takes 5 minutes to prep, and about 20+ minutes to cook, unsupervised as well) and you've then got a great tasting protein and energy packed meal that'll last you throughout the day if you make a big enough batch.
Anyone have any idea why when I type a comment on my desktop (Mac/Safari) the first letter is highlighted blue and everything after that letter gets deleted? Haven’t been able to comment on things for a week. User error? 👀
Derek good to see you cranking out awesome content. Can you do a video on how to make protein whipped coffee sometime? I was just wondering how you been this uncertain times.
I've been making scrambled eggs in the microwave for years. most of the time I don't add anything to the eggs. I just spray a little cooking spray in a microwave safe bowl, scramble the eggs in them, and nuke until they're done.
I think I'll try this tomorrow morning. Replace one egg and the bacon for ham slices. As for 18 pack of eggs, I think I paid nearly 3 dollars here in California. Glad to see you're back again!
$5.74 for an 18 pack of organic eggs here in Washington in Walmart stores. And $2.16 for non organic 18 pack before tax. at target there a bit more pricey 💵

Around $1.50 here in south Texas for eggs. Major kudos for recognizing ketchup as an optional topping lol my husband thinks I'm weird for doing that 🤣
If you only knew the amount of diet sacrifice I’ve made over the years to include ketchup on everything...
If cage free , organic it’s up to $5
This is a great idea!!!
Texas and my family has chickens so we constantly give eggs away. Hard to keep up lol.
So smart. Well done man. Thanks!
