She tries to catch him, to make him stay with her. To keep their dream alive. But she couldn't help but falling into reality. No matter how hard their journey was. They can't make their dream true. Their dream has fade with Tidus. That's why dreams had faded.
The meaning behind the song "A Fleeting Dream" (plays on the road towards Zanarkand and in battle). One of my all time favorite songs (not just videogame songs). Listen closely and notice it's an arrangement of Suteki Da Ne "Isn't It Wonderful" from the lake kiss scene. It reminds me of cherry blossoms. They are beautiful but bloom only for a short while (weeks). It symbolizes life being beautiful while being impermanent. They are a big part of Japanese culture.
This game has helped me through hard times , I really miss it. It’s fantastic , I got totally taken in by this game. 😢❤️I always wanted to be like yuna.

We are not 100% sure about that Tidus is a dream... after the credits you can see Tidus in the water so i think Tidus is not a Dream, he returns to his Real World and in FFX-2 he come back to Spira. Something Like the ending of Dissidia Final Fantasy when all the characters returns to his world.
Did the memories of the real people in Spira bring him back? That's what I thought in my 1st playthrough in 2002. Revisit the temples and Yojimbo's fayth said Spira will not forget its savior. Tidus and Jecht exist beyond an ancient memory/dream. They could theoretically be on the Farplane, and thus be visited there. Tidus walked towards the edge of the ship ready to accept his fate. Maybe it's his personal heaven, living peacefully on Besaid.
