But in any case I am overjoyed that Discotek continues to reject the mantras of ‘that’s old, nobody wants that’ and ‘no one buys physical media now’ . In a weary world, these shows are a cure for ennui. Shine on, Discotek!

I couldn't turn down the chance to pre-order it. I hope we get more Metal Heroes shows like Jikuu Senshi Spielban, The Mobile Cop Jiban and Choujinki Metalder.
And they canceled VR Trooper third season because they ran out of stock footage. They could have used this one and it's predecessor for the third and final season Introduce two new forms of skugs and a new makeover for Doom Master and two of the surviving Vixens (0:43)
Never gonna happen. They havent made DVDs in years. They only do Bluray and 4k releases. Also it would be pointless to put this HD series on an inferior outdated SD format. All Bluray players play DVDs, so if you want to enjoy any of their releases get a Sony Bluray player and enjoy. Less discs, way better quality, better value. You can enjoy all their other toku & anime releases on Bluray, like Space Sheriff Gavan, Kamen Rider Black and Black RX, Juspion.
Upgrade to Bluray cause that's the only way you're getting it and any of their releases. They don't make dvds. Zero excuses to not already own a Bluray player at this point.

I loved Gavan, but I didn't get into Sharivan as much as I had hoped. I still bought it cause I wanna see more tokusatsu from Discotek.
Man, I wish there was releases for these in the UK. We get practically no toku releases. Even Godzilla is a rarity unless it's a US made film.
