Delhi wale bolte hai ki wha ki momos kitni acchi hai. I have stayed in Siliguri for 15 years and then i shifted to Delhi. I was really excited about Delhi ke momos. For 1 year, I tried every momo place in Delhi. I just feel sorry for the people who believe Delhi has good momos. The thing is that you have never tried authentic momos with green spicy chutney, that is the reason you feel Delhi has good momos. I am sorry for your loss bro.
And jo yeh bolte hai ki veg momos asli nhi hote unke liye bhi sorry kyuki aapne aaj tak acchi veg momos kabhi khayi hi nhi. I would choose veg momos over non veg momos anyday, if they are from Siliguri
And waha ke momos ki filling ko phle cook nhi karte, which is the authentic way by the way. They just let the filing sit in sat water for 12 hours. And filling bhu bhut simple, just cabbage and onions, phir bhi taste is out of the world. And momos khane ke bad milti hai soup. OH MY GOD, uff

We have been making momo for a long time but we never cook vegetables prior to packing. The vegetables must be cooked with tha dough.
What about chicken?... Don't you boil that beforehand?
@@soumimajumder6076 nope meat is also meant to be cooked within the dough otherwise u will loose its juice and flavor.

Video was really good. But for hygiene purposes one should always remember to at least tie their hair when cooking because you never know when the hair might be in the food. Girisha di, next time remember. Plus it's very annoying when the hair comes on the face while doing any work. 🙄
