He is first getting Tutorials from Carlos Cuesta before practical work begins. He is being taught how the backline works first and how he can communicate with the midfielders and the LWs. He's told how to transition etc. I wish him and every other team mate well.

@@ThePundit99having played, yes the coaches will talk you through the patterns of play and pictures on the pitch, then you watch and observe, then filmroom to watch what was heard and seen, then the pitch to practice, then more film. It speeds up brain’s ability to grasp the different concepts on the pitch.

Our defensive units are all such BEASTS. Even with Zinchenko we have a VERY SOLID defence.

@@HaytersTV Yes. Zinchenko unfortuntely has a mistake in him every game but he is very good for us on the ball and can impact the game of the bench.
I was just talking defensive wise and he is not at the same lvl of defending as Saliba, Gabriel, White, Timber, Calafiori, Tomiyasu and Kiwior. Zinchenko has other qualities
The Ukrainian should be sold. I don't want to see him being played anywhere in the staring 11 or even on the bench, including the number 9 Jesus & Nketia.
Get those 3 out and we can talk about premiere league
