I think it was the Build and Battle Stadiums that were more for Covid lockdowns and the Trainer toolkits are more to get a wide variety of necessary trainers for the current meta. Both do seem to have the same problem of being far too heavy products.
They should actually cut the boosters from this. Double the trainers so you have full playset and then a lower mrsp to begin with :)

Thinking about getting into Pokemon TCG more than I have dabbled in the past. I really like having one place to grab all the trainers, but it would be nice to get full playsets of all the staples. Maybe they could cut the energy in half and opt for more copies of everything. The packs aren't the point of the toolkits to me, but I'm glad the product exists and the packs are fun and help set the selling price.

Don't really like the way the y make content now. I loved when they were excited to see some insane pulls. Now I feel like they are not having fun. The fact that you add your wife into these videos just kill s the vibe.

They have enough REALLY good competitive focused products already. They don't need a new toolkit every year. They're basically a worse ETB
