Your videos are so lovely to watch. You're doing an amazing job ! 🎉 As a parent with grown children, don't sweat the small stuff. Your body will bounce back ( even tho I think you look fabulous!!) Soon enough they grow and this precious time is past. Hello from Australia 🦘🌏💐🥰

As a parent, watching this takes me back to the time when my child was months old (he's four, now). I wish you all the best in your new life as a parent. Much love!

Kelly, I like the color and style of your hair! Plus Yuna is such a beautiful baby! From a 77 yr old Grandma in Ontario, Canada! ☺️

Kelly, you look so gorgeous in the color and it's beautiful on you! How wonderful you got to see your friend and having your babies meet each other for the first time. It must be really incredible to have moments like that

It was so great to see you and catch up! I can’t wait till our babies are a little older and can interact more with each other. They’re going to be great friends. Also, that mint green color really suits you :)

That mint color is so cute! I feel like I didn’t really hit a stride (or build a routine) with motherhood until my son was about a year old (he’s two now). It’s a little easier the older they get because they’ll start building habits and routines with both you and your husband. My little bean and I wake up at the same time and we will snuggle and listen to music for a bit in the morning before we head into the rest of our day and it’s really nice to just slow down and spend that time together (even if it does drive me a little crazy when he can’t pick one song) 😂

I went to the comments to how great the green color of the two dresses in this video looked on you, and I'm glad to see others have noticed! Thanks for the video, it was a nice relaxing one to watch.

My little girl , 17 months, had that same romper today! Your girl is so sweet! Life is forever different with a baby. The first mobths were really hard, so be easy on yourself :) AND you dont have to love all aspects of beeing a mom. It took mesome time to accept that :)

We had our youngest three babies in a year, with one son then twin sons 11 months apart. Biggest pain was how much time it took to do simple errands like food shopping or just taking the older kids to school or activities, which I did alone days. People stop you nonstop when you have 3 infants. Nursing twins while out while keeping an almost 1 yr old occupied...that was a challenge.

I recommend you pre-fill up a bunch of the bottles with powder and then it’s a lot easier because all you do is you just grab a bottle and then you put water in

Don’t stress about routines. For each of my children, routine was found at different times- one of them it took 2 years to find a routine. Don’t stress, we are all human. It will get easier, I promise.

I'm glad my daughter is a toddler now I hated it when she was a baby 😂 It was so boring I worked again full time after 8 months even though I initially wanted to stay at home for at least a year

Hi Kelly, your videos make me really miss my life in Japan. I live in Scotland with my husband and 7 month old baby so it’s so nice to watch your parenthood vlogs. I love to see you and Ryuji baby carrying in the slings 😊 I hope you don’t mind my saying, but it looks like Yuna is a little low down when carried by Ryuji, ideally her head should be close enough to kiss. This can usually be achieved by fastening the waistband higher up the torso and then the shoulder straps can be tightened accordingly.

Where is that headsupport piece for the Konny carrier from? 😍

  • @AliceinJapanaland

I wonder if Yuna could be hungry sooner than you expect her to be because each feeding should be a little bigger than the amount she's getting?? I know there are charts and whatnot on the formula cans, but maybe her needs are a little different than the standard?
Then again, if she's zonking out right after a bottle, then she should be getting just what she needs!

I have to pause to read so I can watch what you're doing or talking about when I start it again. I wish the words weren't there... or maybe bigger or maybe a voice over, or idk. It's just not as much of an easy watch as I'm used to with your videos. Sorry! I obviously still watched it! I also gave it a like as I enjoy seeing how your life is there! Thanks for sharing!

It's a big mistake to think that highly educated, interesting people like Kelly and her husband are wasting their time having children and taking care of them. It's not a waste of their talents. It's a fulfillment of their talents because they are passing on what they have and who they are to a new generation.
