It's Chinese. If you see complex characters 像这样 then it's probably Chinese, and if it's mixed with simpler characters このような or just the simple characters it's Japanese.

I think its more so that he can use them, he just can’t be bothered too. Though, i’m not complaining, A Sans/Papyrus Genocide fight without Blaster noises every couple seconds is quite refreshing.
