I have so many good thoughts that come to my mind when I hear this song. I have been blessed to participate and worship with some of the most passionate, hungry, humble, and teachable people in the world. They love God and I love each other. Dustin Smith, as our worship leader over the years, has always been able to describe our moments with God through song. I am thankful that the whole world gets to experience this moment now. I cried when I heard this. Tears of joy of course. When wrestling with God, it feels chaotic. If you let God win though, the results of your life explode with the honor of God for all to see. In a world where satan rules as this is his dominion, it becomes harder and harder to stay focused. I do my best but I alone cannot beat him. Christ must be the center of your heart. It must always be that way, because if you do not keep Christ at the center, satan will take hold. Christ should be the only one that matters.
True words my friend but also know that being in him realize the authority you also have in him. Satan is a defeated foe and it never gets tiring reminding him of that. Notice in all the confrontations that Jesus had with him or his demons, not once did Jesus panic or freak out and say..........oh my........I better run off in the opposite direction. He KNEW the authority he had. They asked for permission to do what they did. He left this earthly place and gave US that same authority. Where we ALL mess up is believing his lies. That is where we stumble....believing in what he says about us versus what GOD says about us. The first lie he sells is that GOD surely can't love you. Or, who would love someone like you..........don't you remember you totally screwed up yesterday so what makes you think GOD still loves you? That's one of the biggest lies he puts onto people. GOD says he will NEVER leave you nor forsake. Forsake as in forget about you. NEVER MEANS NEVER. If the body of Christ (including myself) ever really and truly wakes up to the fact that Jesus gave us that same authority to tread on the enemy, we will become offensive minded rather than defensive. That day is coming and satan knows it too. He knows his time is limited (oh he knows alright) and his lies and deceptions are becoming bigger and more frequent. Digesting GOD'S word like never before and staying in a constant state of worship and praise is NO match for what the enemy has. Stay strong and stay in him..............yep, I'd say our lives depend on it. You can do it man.

In a world where satan rules as this is his dominion, it becomes harder and harder to stay focused. I do my best but I alone cannot beat him. Christ must be the center of your heart. It must always be that way, because if you do not keep Christ at the center, satan will take hold. Christ should be the only one that matters.
True words my friend but also know that being in him realize the authority you also have in him. Satan is a defeated foe and it never gets tiring reminding him of that. Notice in all the confrontations that Jesus had with him or his demons, not once did Jesus panic or freak out and say..........oh my........I better run off in the opposite direction. He KNEW the authority he had. They asked for permission to do what they did. He left this earthly place and gave US that same authority. Where we ALL mess up is believing his lies. That is where we stumble....believing in what he says about us versus what GOD says about us. The first lie he sells is that GOD surely can't love you. Or, who would love someone like you..........don't you remember you totally screwed up yesterday so what makes you think GOD still loves you? That's one of the biggest lies he puts onto people. GOD says he will NEVER leave you nor forsake. Forsake as in forget about you. NEVER MEANS NEVER. If the body of Christ (including myself) ever really and truly wakes up to the fact that Jesus gave us that same authority to tread on the enemy, we will become offensive minded rather than defensive. That day is coming and satan knows it too. He knows his time is limited (oh he knows alright) and his lies and deceptions are becoming bigger and more frequent. Digesting GOD'S word like never before and staying in a constant state of worship and praise is NO match for what the enemy has. Stay strong and stay in him..............yep, I'd say our lives depend on it. You can do it man.
+jerry g true words brother..I've recently learned that I myself have the same authority that Jesus had on earth..it's tough to understand that very thing but makes a Hugh difference when weve done nothing but believe in the lies..we must take the stand before God and just believe!!!!
