CONNECTION

I recently spoke of the importance of strengthening the connection to self - for grounding, for discernment, and for better intuition! Today I talk about the importance of CONNECTION with others (these ARE NOT mutually exclusive!). Human connection is so important, and honestly, somewhat of a rarity as we depend and spend more and more time on technology. After having a beautiful face to face visit with a friend who just returned from Argentina, I thought to hit record and ask her some questions about human connection.
