Araki ( the guy who wrote the JoJo manga) has a weird obsession with Western pop culture references. Dio is named after the heavy metal band “Dio”. Speed wagon is named after the band “REO Speedwagon”. Zeppeli is of course Led Zepplin. I think every name except those from the JoJo family are band references. Araki also seems to be infatuated with foreign countries in his stories. So far there’s like zeros references to Araki’s own culture. Araki seems like a pretty worldly man. Hell, even making the characters pose so much is apart of western culture since he was inspired by Michelangelo’s work.
Just checked his other works. He's got 3 western stories he wrote: Outlaw Man, Poker Under Arms, and another I won't name. He had a series of short stories about different people in history called "The Lives of Eccentrics." The character were Ty Cobb (an American baseball player born in 1886), Nikola Tesla, Mary Mallon (an An Irish-American woman identified as the first asymptomatic carrier of the Typhoid pathogen who was born in 1869), Sarah Winchester (the owner of the Winchester Mystery House and the Winchester Repeating Arms Company), The Collyer Brothers (infamous in 1938 New York for hoarding and booby trapping their property to deter thieves. They had hoarded about 120 tons of junk, seriously), and Yoshio Kou (a chinese-japanese showman who wanted to do the weirdest things possible on Japanese TV in the 1970's)

Esidisi eating a dynamite may be a reference to AC/DC's song "T.N.T". Caesar's attack maybe inspired from Led Zepellin's song "Stairway to Heaven" Caesar Anthonio Zeppeli is named after the Roman emperor Julius Caesar. The Red Stone of Aja is named after the song and album by the group Steely Dan. For memorable memes! Though it's not a meme, the Caesar pose at the end of ep 14 is truly iconic and famous amongst the community. I also wmfind it similar to when Jonathan poses the same, though I can't remember when he does. Caesar still does the dramatic jump and sit that Will Zeppeli does when Will first met jojo and punch him in the lungs with his pinky ^_^ runs in the family Episode 14: "Awaken my masters!" Next time, I shall see you in the training arc! ^_^
