The Winter Olympic - “We are in fact on the cutting edge of cocking about”. I have rewatched that clip so many times it’s ingrained in my vocabulary …and it perfectly describes the old TG
My personal all-time favorite Top Gear Moment is the 2007 USA Special. Specifically the part where they drive through Alabama and "decorate" each others' vehicles. 😂😂😂
I've seen that clip. They "decorate" the cars with slogans like "Country music is rubbish" and "NASCAR sucks". They looked genuinely scared as they were trying to get the hell out of the state.
@Cykoid Top Gear existed before the trio, and it existed after the trio. They were the best era of both classic and modern Top Gear combined, but let's not pretend that those who came before and after weren't worthy of recognition.
They did a Veyron vs Eurofighter. Hammond was in the drivers seat, and was notable for being his first high performance Top Gear challenge after his Vampire dragster accident.
I’m honestly surprised that the Patagonia Evac Panic (running away from Argentina) wasn’t on the list, the man with a van segment, the police segment, or when The Stig removed his helmet.
To be honest I don’t remember half of them, the comedy is what I always enjoyed / rewatch, the sailing across the channel, James and Jezza getting extremely grumpy with each other in the polar special, the try to destroy a Toyota 4x4, the gang ribbing each other over their rubbish car choice in the challenges. that type of thing.
Hamsterin the Bugatti Veyron Vs. Jet Fighter should be n.1 and Captain Slow hitching a ride with the late Ken Block, or him taking a driving lesson from Mika Häkkinen. I prefer those. You should make the same video, but with Classic TG only next.
USA special, Burma special, Africa estate car challenge, reliant rocket, the indestructible hilux, the North Pole by car and ofc the chicken was still warm. All should have made this list the ones listed bar the p50 didn’t even come close to
Honestly, as a long time Top Gear fan, I strongly disagree with that list. Absolutely none of them are desirable to rewatch. Where's amphibia's car challenge? And the Toyota Hilux episode? Where's DB9 vs bullet train or any of big specials like Bostwana or Bolivia? My list would look very different.
ken block was the only race/stunt driver that got permission to shut down london just pull some high speed skids as for this era of top gear matt leblanc was a good host the other 2 where the down fall of the 3 got a bit better with paddy flintoff and harris
The Boy Racer segment? Landrover up a mountain? The one where Clarkson actually cut a Frontera in half and it still drove.... Come on guys, you can do better than this. The tribute to the Ford Mondeo... I could go on...
"Top 10 Most Rewatched Top Gear Moments" ... speedtail vs a jet and that drifting in London, really? lol pretty sure that there way more content from the old trio that can easily fill this list
Which TG clip do you go back to again and again?
Top Monty Python Moments

Where is the space shuttle robin reliant episode???? Bloody classic!!!!
Exactly. But then How are they ever going to use it again?!
Where was the indestructible Toyota Hilux??
Especially when they demolished the block of flats with it inside and it STILL worked!!
@@mikeshearer1250 I’m really surprised it wasn’t number 1
whistlindiesel prolly had something to do w it 😂

Hammond winching himself up the side of a massive dam, using the front winch of an old land rover, was incredible.
My personal all-time favorite Top Gear Moment is the 2007 USA Special. Specifically the part where they drive through Alabama and "decorate" each others' vehicles. 😂😂😂
😂😂Yesssss!😂😂
I've seen that clip. They "decorate" the cars with slogans like "Country music is rubbish" and "NASCAR sucks". They looked genuinely scared as they were trying to get the hell out of the state.
I was gonna say "Where the hell is the 918 vs Nissan Patrol drag race, then I remembered that was on the Grand Tour 🤣
theres only 8 moments that count.
Ok Karen!
Cmon, dude. The Ken Block really counts. It's cool af!
@@dashleigh1plays though amazing as it was, Top Gear was Clarkson, Hammond and May, no one else.
@Cykoid Top Gear existed before the trio, and it existed after the trio. They were the best era of both classic and modern Top Gear combined, but let's not pretend that those who came before and after weren't worthy of recognition.
Agree there were better moment from Older Top Gear and they put 2 from newer
Shame they ended it like that. Tbh there should have been 10 old TG moments, because lets face it, it wasnt top gear anymore after the cast change
AMEN.
Indeed, we were fans of Top Gear, but of these three. And look where Flop Gear is now.
Didn't OG Top Gear do the jet fighter too? Or am I just imaging that?
Yup, they used a Veyron.
@@Cykoid I'm sure I hadn't imagined it!
They did a Veyron vs Eurofighter. Hammond was in the drivers seat, and was notable for being his first high performance Top Gear challenge after his Vampire dragster accident.
EF-2000 Typhoon vs Bugatti Veyron
They did!! I was cursing all the way through that clip that the Veyron vs the Eurofighter was so much better!
I’m honestly surprised that the Patagonia Evac Panic (running away from Argentina) wasn’t on the list, the man with a van segment, the police segment, or when The Stig removed his helmet.

that type of thing.
The indestructible Toyota Hilux. I'm genuinely curious as to where that is now.
Matt le Blanc was one of better part of Chris Evens Top Gear
I think, the duel between James' "Ford Zephyr with a Chrome Nose" and Jeremy's "600 Big" should be in that list.
Bolivia,Vietnam, Botswana are my three fav epics, but most of them are fantastic fun.
The best moments of BBC
I like these moments in Top Gears
Hamsterin the Bugatti Veyron Vs. Jet Fighter should be n.1 and Captain Slow hitching a ride with the late Ken Block, or him taking a driving lesson from Mika Häkkinen. I prefer those.
You should make the same video, but with Classic TG only next.
there are more rewatched moments than the No1 you put,
1:57 Sheffield
USA special, Burma special, Africa estate car challenge, reliant rocket, the indestructible hilux, the North Pole by car and ofc the chicken was still warm. All should have made this list the ones listed bar the p50 didn’t even come close to
Now do it from the PROPER beginning of Top Gear also
Honestly, as a long time Top Gear fan, I strongly disagree with that list. Absolutely none of them are desirable to rewatch. Where's amphibia's car challenge? And the Toyota Hilux episode? Where's DB9 vs bullet train or any of big specials like Bostwana or Bolivia? My list would look very different.
I'm guessing, in reality, that the McLaren Speetail vs a fighter jet isn't actually in the top 10 of "Most Rewatched" segments of Top Gear
Once the Clarkson trio left, no one watched. Let alone rewatched.
Hammond did the car vs fighter jet better.
Clarkson. The rattle of a simple man.
The reliant tipping was due to a fiddled diff and the supermarket was the set for sky ones Trollied tv show
ken block was the only race/stunt driver that got permission to shut down london just pull some high speed skids
as for this era of top gear matt leblanc was a good host the other 2 where the down fall of the 3 got a bit better with paddy flintoff and harris
Pretty sure the original trio did a hypercar vs jet, and it was way better.
When Clarkson, Hammond and May left, so did I - Wasn’t really Top Gear any more after that
always a good giggles
were the three lads.
😉😄
* never watched the
u.s of a version..
✌🏻🌏🇦🇺🤘🏻
JAMES does it need a washer yes or no?
No indestructible Hilux?!
Spitty things...
The Boy Racer segment? Landrover up a mountain? The one where Clarkson actually cut a Frontera in half and it still drove.... Come on guys, you can do better than this. The tribute to the Ford Mondeo... I could go on...
Meh. Best one was when Clarkson participated in an amphibious assault with the Royal Marines while driving a Ford Fiesta
That was superb; Mr Needell would not agree!
Wrong choice for #1, but I will pay respects to Ken Block. RIP.
£1,000 supercars?
2:15 #8 waste of time showing those waste of spaces, essentially repeating the earlier contest.
"Top 10 Most Rewatched Top Gear Moments" ... speedtail vs a jet and that drifting in London, really?
lol pretty sure that there way more content from the old trio that can easily fill this list
I wouldn’t call that utter shite not starring Clarksons Hammond and May Topgear.I call it utter shite.
There way better episodes than these 10
They literally said most watched and re watched or most popular episodes I don't think they were gonna base their list off your opinion anyway though
Ken block ❤❤❤❤
