Though these sentences look incomplete. It actually gives proper meaning/information. 1. Schools Oct kul thirakkapadum. 2. Flights next year thuvakathilaye parakka thuvangum.
1st one is a question... And the style you have mentioned is accepted in spoken. But the formal structure is - Why didn't you write like that? 2nd statement is correct. Meaning - nee avanai (edho oru vishayathai) solla anupi kondu irundhaai.
