Great song, but why it's so quiet? I Need to bump sound every time playlist reaches this song and then make it back after playing this song - not convenient
@philfoe551 his vox have always been sick, and he has even improved on them the past couple of years. We loved having him so much on the last album that we just HAD to try and secure him for multiple features on the new album. Wait until you guys hear the other song where we feature Calin...... 😳 Plus, he's just a genuinely great dude.

Life and all that, plus the folks at the labels have been full-on with Analepsy (touring, festivals, you name it). At any rate, we're super stoked for y'all to hear what we've been up to for the past couple of years. 😉 January 30, 2025 will be when the album drops. All streaming services will have it, too. great guitar performance, drums are too far behind and lack power, a bit too plastic/lifeless, guitars are a pit too scooped/harsh sounding and too loud compared to drums, so the rthythms don’t lock together properly. bass dingles pretty good, maybe this could come up a bit.

How about giving it another listen when it hits Spotify and the other streaming platforms? TH-cam does a shit job when it comes to compressing the audio, and the finished product here is certainly not as powerful as it is in its lossless form.
Oh yeah. Lol. I just listened to this in the headphones for the first time since it was uploaded, and TH-cam compressed this one worse than any we've uploaded so far. Not sure how to get around that, but definitely do give it a try when the streaming services have it (hopefully, today?). It sounds WAY different. 😉 Thanks again for the feedback!
@ i hoped it would be perceived as a constructive critique, hehe, usually artists say back smth about that :D as for utube compression - it wouldn’t affect the perception of sample-esque drums, and i doubt that it would alter the EQ curve too noticable.

Negative feedback is just part of it. 😂 It's just that this is honestly a first for a negative critique on the production we've had since the green album (Derealization). As for the drums, they *are* samples. It's Superior Drummer, and it's also the first negative critique I've seen for the drums, too. Hard to compete with the real thing using a VST and midi editor, though. We know that. But, we're 50, and at our age, most of the drummers we knew are either dead, in assisted living, or have reformed to guitar. 😂 Thanks again!
