As A Mom. Don’t over fill your schedule. In the second half of the year. You wont be able to keep up. Enjoy being a Mom you have waited so long for this. Let go of some things. Give yourself grace in the next few months Your life is going to change So much you don’t Even Know. love to you all
Much the same as I was going to say , on the podcast question . Wait a few years for anything new . The years fly by , and you will see some things must be set down for awhile and the podcast is an easy pick , it just wasn't your thing for this season of life , just be Mommy for now 💙.

I hope that Sunday's video will be very long because I am very excited for it, and I am also interested in watching the podcast when it talks about topics related to interior design and solving problems that we face in design and just discussion and brainstorming, in addition to being influenced by your style and I love what you do.
I don’t listen to podcasts. But I love it when you go thrifting, to the flea markets and estate sales and bring us along and show us how you decorate with your findings.
Hi! I actually love watching you during your podcast! My absolute favorite is when you did them with your Mom! Love the banter and different input between you both!
Personally I like when I can watch podcasts in addition to listening. I can’t wait to see the nursery reveal on Sunday! I appreciate that you are discerning about what you buy for your home and that you don’t just buy things for the sake of buying. I enjoy thrift and flea market videos where you show what is there whether you buy the treasures or not.
I love that first picture and the lady making butter! But "the thinking man" is my favorite! Must say, there was a guy at the flea market that came right up behind that just creeped me out!!!!
I love podcasts. I usually listen to them while crocheting or working at the garden. They're helping me not to get bored of things I do and actually finish my projects 😄
I LOVE the video version of a podcast! Love your topic ideas of the design dilemma, business side for the candles and for youtube, and how you learned to design room renovations like your kitchen!
For the podcast; love the idea of Macenna solving design dilemmas. Side note Aldax Silicone Putty is a great moulding medium for creating casts to repair old frames. I use it for the cast, air dry clay for the mould, paint and rub n buff to paint 👍 you’re so clever you’d have no troubles fixing your frame. Not sure about the chemicals in the putty while your pregnant tho
I love the idea of your podcast including answering questions about dilemmas. I started following you because of your solutions in a rental space. I have been renting since 2011 and sometimes struggle with how to make it feel like my space. I love your style and your Mom’s style for gaining inspiration.
I watch podcasts. I loved your first season but I feel like you have covered what you wanted to cover for now, so I like the idea of exploring new concepts!
I love both of your channel's MaCenna very much, and I love all that you've done. While my home is not as formal as yours anymore, I truly love all that you've done. I absolutely love vintage and antique pieces, particularly the more rustic ones, and incorporate them in a more farmhouse/cottege design (or I'm trying to that is!). In response to your question about a podcast I definitely prefer one in video format because I am very much a visual learner. There are several things I'd love to see you address in these video podcasts are: how to best design a room, as well as how to address design issues; how to actually decide on the best paint colors for a room in the house,, as well as when you could paint a ceiling and/or the baseboards in a color other than white or cream; and finally, you have often shown projects where you have either made things and/or redone something, but I'd like to see. you explain exactly how to do them. You do amazing work and your confidence is inspiring.
With My Two Hands sounds like not just about DIY's and experiences. There's a plethora of topics you could cover to include: -Your entrepreneurship experience -Best editing software you use, camera for car and moving about -Understanding your own personal style(s). You did a show discussing the different styles like MCM, French Country, English Cottage, Industrial, Modern Country, Modern, Transitional, Scandinavian , Art Deco etc., when you lived in the apartment (regarding art decor). I've visited so many people's homes and its a hodge-podge of styles, with no clear direction or how to even elevate or identify what they want their home to look and feel. Home is our safe haven, our space of peace, calm, joy and our mental break from the world's chaos. You have a real eye for design for complimenting colors for your walls and trim, art & home décor. We need your help and expertise talking about those really simple things. The platform is yours! I'm interested in Romeo's T-shirt business too!
I love when the podcast feels like a little behind the scenes of your life, a little insight into what you're thinking about in that moment. It could be diy, design inspiration, running a business/being an entrepreneur, pre-mom/mom stuff, parenting, fashion/beauty, health, being a public figure, money/saving... I dont know if others are interested in those things too, but l'd certainly watch anything you did like that
I saw a chateau renovation channel where they use silicone molds to cast the missing ornate trim. Then, they used resin and poured that into the molds. They did ornate wall mouldings as well as repaired old frames for their chateau renovation.
For a podcast, I would love a quarterly "catch-up" of recommendations. As simple as sharing favorite books you've read & why you would recommend, products you've tried & loved, the new recipe you've been obsessing over, rituals/habits you've implemented, great date night idea, recommending shows/podcasts/music that inspired you, etc. over the last few months. Love to hear about all the little things that inspire & resonate with people!
Have you considered getting some air dry clay and a few rubber, or resin, moulds to make new trim for the picture frame that needs repair? Then you can glue the clay onto the parts that need to be repaired. You could also attempt to make your own mould directly from the frame, by using an area that is not damaged.
I agree with the idea of donating to a charity in honor of the new baby. There are so many children’s charities out there. Eg. Operation smile. The little I know about MaCenna and Romeo, from her channel, I think they would love that idea. Plus, MaCenna has very specific tastes and doesn’t have a lot of storage space.
You always look great, but you look extra vibrant these days. You are beautiful and have such a sweet spirit! I'm thrilled things are going well! Your baby boy is so blessed to have such wonderful parents, grandparents, and extended family! ❤️
I love both listening to and watching podcasts! I would love discussions on “small-space” dilemmas! Even like how you went about making a desk area in your living room!
I was lucky in my second trimester with feeling good too! It’s such a relief to feel normal in the midst of all of the chaos. By the third tri my boy was kicking the literal wind out of me 🫣😂 take it easy mama! ❤
I'm always so so happy to go on you tube and see you posted a new video!!! Your smile, just makes my day and I love seeing your life and how you make choices on things,.... I can't wait to see your baby and pray you still keep vlogging for memories as well as I and everyone who loves you sweetie!!!❤❤❤, love ya, Jennifer & Jeremy
You are looking so amazing during your pregnancy, can’t describe how much you are glowing ❤😊 loving your vlogs and can’t wait to see the next video of the nursery!! The theme is awesome!
Hi Macenna! It’s amazing you are continuing to work, and it’s obvious you have lots of energy and ideas in your constantly moving brain. I can tell! 😃 Here comes the unsolicited advice: It sounds to me like you and Romeo want to have more than one child. I just want to mention something I realized after second and third child came along for me. Please allow yourself to cherish and enjoy (relish really) that sweet, alone time with that first baby. It is so special! And when subsequent babies come along, that time is over. Only to say, the time with your first little boy will be so special-allow yourself that luxury. ~Cathy
Your new ideas for the podcast is a great idea…I’m not a big podcast listener…I prefer visuals…so I appreciate the video versions. I would love to send you our kitchen design dilemma…and Thinking Man is a definite…its perfect.
I usually put podcasts when I'm working on a project, usually the video version so I have something that keeps me entertained while working, specially your podcasts are so motivating and get me through projects that are usually tiring/boring.
For me, podcasts are my daily dose of inspiration and positivity during walks and commutes. I seek out content that uplifts and motivates, boosting my serotonin levels and setting the tone for the day/afternoon ahead. Your perspective on challenging topics has been of comfort, teaching me valuable lessons and showing me how to overcome obstacles. For example, as a first time homebuyer, I constantly think back to your point that a "house is a living, breathing thing that needs constant attention". I was struggling hard with home issues and that help me feel not so alone and helped me change perspective. I think sharing some more of those challenges and lessons would be amazing! Thank you for sharing your wisdom and light with the world!
I enjoy watching podcasts lately more than listening. I personally would love to see the segment on design dilemmas cause I'm struggling in trying to find a style of my own.😂 I never really considered it before I started watching you.
Hi Macenna! I really enjoyed when you did price breakdowns on your podcasts, and dissected what was worth DIYing and contracting out - that info reaaally has helped me out. I also think design dilemmas would be so much fun, I would definitely write in! Maybe you also can include a segment where you talk about what design elements you can have in your home if you’re trying to achieve a certain aesthetic. For example, if someone loves cottage core but they’re having trouble knowing how to incorporate that in their home, you would educate us on buying specific things, like wood, lace, knit blankets, etc.
Podcast thoughts: I enjoy hearing how you process through design choices. The things you think about and how you make decisions. When you discuss the process of your decision making, how you find inspiration, how you try things out to make sure it is something you will love, and then what you do when you don't love a decision you chose, has always been helpful. If you did design dilemma's and included ways you would approach making different decisions or the steps to explore different options, it would not only be fun to see what you come up with, but would also be helping listeners apply the same principals to their own spaces. I also always gain a lot from hearing how other people problem solve (how to fix things on a budget, options and ideas for weird design features in a home, how to find out how to DIY something that seems overwhelming, etc.) sometimes it is hard to identify our own design road blocks until we hear someone else tackling the same things
Anything. Design problems, motherhood positive or negative, business, family. I listen to podcasts when I'm walking or cleaning, except your podcast it is the only one I watch.
I would love the design Dilemma pod cast!! As well as how to suggestions on how to design different rooms throughout the house! Also congratulations on the new addition and I would love to watch and hear a “first time mom talk”.
Design dilemmas would be so cool! I’ve always wanted to ask you about decorating tips specific to my space and I know a lot of other people trust your taste in the same way
I like the idea of design dilema for a topic. I much prefer videos to podcasts, but find in the car or doing dishes they are welcome. You look beautiful, so glad you feel good!
I love a good podcast. Keep them to 30 minutes and I watch them. Yes design issues are fun and helpful. Plus your mental process of how you think through the design process. And how you create mood boards and why you put things together.
I like to “watch” podcasts when I can. I love the content when it’s focused on empowerment of women. Whether as a mom to be, mom to a fur baby, corporate executive or content creator, retiree or stay at home mom, I think women need to lift each other up and support one another. I loved when you spoke of your two year plan to exit corporate life and how you achieved it. I watched you build a shack into a home, piece by piece, I watched you create and market Auden Lueur and I watched you purchase your dream house in California. I watched your pregnancy journey unfold and your honesty about how long conception took. I’ve been with you since the beginning of videos and the one common thread is empowerment and never saying no - or knowing your limitations. And it’s that empowerment which keeps me tuning into hear both you and your mom talk about the struggles of women in a man dominated field. For what it’s worth, I’m a retired 65yr old baby boomer who raised kids, stayed home to raise them, went back to work and started my own company before retiring to help care for my grand babies. Thank you for sharing those stories with us.
Design dilemmas-yes! also maybe doing a segment where someone sends in a photo of their space and you work through your creative process to design the space. Also talking about reaching out to brands!
Use Mould Builder to create a latex mould of the missing sections of that frame. Brush the latex on a complete section of the frame, and cast the replacement in plaster of paris. I think drywall joint compound could also be used for the casting, in a pinch. Then glue the new section onto the frame with plaster of paris or joint compound.
Lol that French girl’s booth that you bought the easel from was literally one lane over from my booth and I was selling a TELESCOPE! That would have been so crazy to sell you my telescope haha! Lmk if you want it and I’ll drive it over to you 😜
I really love watching podcast episodes. I enjoy it much more than just listening to it. Also yes to talking about the Business side! I feel like that helps a lot of people, because it’s such a struggle building a business that works in the long run and having a good solid plan is something that only a few know how to do this.
Love to “watch” podcast too. Would love you to diagnose our decorating dilemmas or we could send in photos and you could suggest how to fix the problems. I think throwing in some of the business side would be interesting as well. Love seeing your baby bump,it looks so cute on you.❤️
Podcast! I love the idea of a design dilemma podcast, I loved when you had guests, especially your mom. I think it's the perfect place for you to get into the details of a project, like 10 steps on how to design your own kitchen. 10 steps to build your own kitchen. How to put together a cohesive colour palate...
❤Hi MaCenna! To restore the golden frame - Rajiv Surendra has two fantastic recent videos, in which he teaches how to restore and care for golden frames, I think you'll love it. You are looking great! 😊
I love the idea of a q&a design dilemmas for the podcast w people sending things in! Maybe as a “series” to start and see how it goes! And still have the option to do other subjects! 👏
I know for privacy issues, when I created a baby registry, I had the option of hiding my address. So only the things I put on the list was what I was able to receive. But I completely understand if for reasons of her own she doesn’t want to. E-gifts cards are a thing too 😅
I personally love the video versions of podcasts. I often either watch them while I'm working, or I let them play while I'm running around doing chores, but it's nice to have both options!
Hi Macenna 🫶🏼 so I am much more of the video podcast person. I think having the segment where we submit design dilemmas and you answer them on the pod would be awesome because even if you don’t answer them all, I’m sure it could help a lot of people answering some. Also I think it would be cool to podcast with a couple of guests like other ppl in the design community and even smaller creators that would be really cool seeing different peoples design process and point of view. Lastly, maybe you could do a segment dedicated to first time home buying or renters. There’s a lot of information that is out there but I think hearing it from you in one place and any advice you have for those that are doing it for the first time could be so helpful. Especially those on a budget. Ps. You’re GLOWING!! And you’re def an inspiration to me. ❤️
Why is no one talking about the weird man, that was all up in MaCenna's Grill, behind her in the camera at the flea market!😂 he was so weird for that lol

Perfect without the frame especially next to your "thinking " desk. ❤
Loved Thinking Man there and thought, like you did, that being on canvas he looked like a work in progress, and great company for you too!
I agree. 😊
Lol at Romeo covering his eyes in the sun, turn your hat around 😊.
Made me chuckle too 😂
My thought exactly. And then he turns it around when he gets in the car because the visor gets in the way…but then takes it off all together 😂
😂😂😂
Yes!! 😂
I was looking for this comment! It made me chuckle too xD
I hope that Sunday's video will be very long because I am very excited for it, and I am also interested in watching the podcast when it talks about topics related to interior design and solving problems that we face in design and just discussion and brainstorming, in addition to being influenced by your style and I love what you do.
These flea market days make me happy ❤
me tooooo :)
Sweet little Kinsley is always curious.❤
I don’t listen to podcasts. But I love it when you go thrifting, to the flea markets and estate sales and bring us along and show us how you decorate with your findings.
Hi! I actually love watching you during your podcast! My absolute favorite is when you did them with your Mom! Love the banter and different input between you both!
Flea markets, Kinsley and YOU ! Perfect way to spend a rainy day, watching your video!!!
MaCenna, Rajiv Surendra posted a video last week on how to repair old frames like the one you have. This is definitely something you can DIY ❤
Yes! This is the best answer! Loved his video!
He did a wonderful video on frame repair@
Love the idea of design dilemas. Looking forward to seeing the nursery and real excited about upcoming kitchen remodel!
There's a plethora of topics you could cover to include:
-Your entrepreneurship experience
-Best editing software you use, camera for car and moving about
-Understanding your own personal style(s).
I saw on Escape to the dream chateau Terry
Yes! I've seen this on several channels for several different kinds of applications
Love what they’re doing at Escape to the Dream!
I absolutely love the design dilemmas!!!!!!
Love your videos, lol Romeo shielding his eyes from the sun at the markets while he has a hat on backwards 😆
Art on the easel without a frame makes more sense to me.
You always look great, but you look extra vibrant these days. You are beautiful and have such a sweet spirit! I'm thrilled things are going well! Your baby boy is so blessed to have such wonderful parents, grandparents, and extended family! ❤️
Aww thank you so much!!!
It was hilarious seeing Romeo blocking the sun when he was wearing a hat 😅
I love both listening to and watching podcasts! I would love discussions on “small-space” dilemmas! Even like how you went about making a desk area in your living room!
Ugh your cute little bump at 14:32! I am so happy for your and Romeo ♥️
Love the thinking man w out a frame...it looks deliberate ❤
I loved those podcasts you had someone with you to talk to
I was lucky in my second trimester with feeling good too!
I can tell! 😃 Here comes the unsolicited advice:
It sounds to me like you and Romeo want to have more than one child.
I love the thinking man there .
I usually put podcasts when I'm working on a project, usually the video version so I have something that keeps me entertained while working, specially your podcasts are so motivating and get me through projects that are usually tiring/boring.
What a blessing to have a fruit baring tree❤
Magic Kinsley at 22:40. 😂 Yes, would love a design dilemmas segment.
I listen to the podcast on my 35-40 min commute to work :) a segment on answering decor dilemmas sounds great!
Remind Romeo that the brim of his hat will shade his eyes from the sun!😂 Love, love, love that easel!!!
Ahh I loved Vermeer’s Milkmaid on the easel!
The colors looked beautiful there.
Anything. Design problems, motherhood positive or negative, business, family. I listen to podcasts when I'm walking or cleaning, except your podcast it is the only one I watch.
The business side of things would be super interesting since I want my own business one day!!
I would love the design Dilemma pod cast!! As well as how to suggestions on how to design different rooms throughout the house! Also congratulations on the new addition and I would love to watch and hear a “first time mom talk”.
I really miss the cottage video's ❤
I love hearing/ learning about the behind the scenes of TH-cam! Like the cameras and equipment and how you go about filming etc…
Romeo at the flea market shielding his eyes from the sun while wearing a backwards hat 😂 Made me giggle. Love you guys! ❤
Design dilemmas would be so cool! I’ve always wanted to ask you about decorating tips specific to my space and I know a lot of other people trust your taste in the same way
The $4 Vermeer is my favorite… I love it
I like the idea of design dilema for a topic.
Yes to design dilemmas and mood boards to show ideas/process.
Love the idea of a platform where you could help us with our own design issues! I always watched your podcasts- I liked the visual.
I can’t wait to see the final episode of the nursery! ❤
So excited to witness your journey
Love to “watch” podcast too. Would love you to diagnose our decorating dilemmas or we could send in photos and you could suggest how to fix the problems. I think throwing in some of the business side would be interesting as well. Love seeing your baby bump,it looks so cute on you.❤️
Romeo using his hand to block the sun instead of his hat made me lol
I would absolutely love to hear about the business side of things as well as seeing how you would solve design dilemmas.
Hey! It’s the cutest lil preggo lady on TH-cam lol ❤
awww hahahah :)
I was looking for a comment where someone mentioned his videos! They were super interesting to watch
I was also looking if someone had posted this.
I agree! I love his videos as much as MaCennas
I love the idea of a q&a design dilemmas for the podcast w people sending things in! Maybe as a “series” to start and see how it goes! And still have the option to do other subjects! 👏
Hi MaCenna! When is part 2 of the nursery makeover coming out? 🥹
On Sunday.
Love the idea of you solving design dilemmas.
Could you post your baby registries?!!! 🙏🏼 Please let us give back a little of the happiness you have brought us with all your videos 😊
There are probably privacy issues that can arise from sharing something like that on TH-cam. I wouldn’t do it.
Imagine 😂 her house isn’t that big
@@jmbismeI've seen many channels dropping Amazon Wishlists yt doesn't seem to care tbh
I know for privacy issues, when I created a baby registry, I had the option of hiding my address. So only the things I put on the list was what I was able to receive. But I completely understand if for reasons of her own she doesn’t want to. E-gifts cards are a thing too 😅
🙄
I personally love the video versions of podcasts. I often either watch them while I'm working, or I let them play while I'm running around doing chores, but it's nice to have both options!
I want that castle painting u picked up😮😭😭😭😭
Hi Macenna 🫶🏼 so I am much more of the video podcast person.
Haha, totally caught that too! 😂
Hey I love your ideas on taking someone else’s dilemma and also help with how to start and where to start a project. Hey from Australia love your vlogs.
