Thanks for the tips. I've tried everything for connecting the fuses; tape, zip ties, small copper wire, super glue. What I have found that works the best is small alligator clips. Amazon sells some that are 1.06"/27mm. You can get 100 for less than $6.00. They're reusable and they install super quick.

Thanks to your videos I added the speaker terminals to about 10 racks I have. Super easy with the soldering and I added the speaker mini pins you showed in another video. Thanks for the videos!

Love the speaker terminal set-up! Seems like a good idea to have a couple of terminals on the wrack, so you have more than one cue. Going to try this for our NYE show.

I just chain fuse the whole rack so only use one cue.

I chain fuse all the shells in the rack so one terminal works for me but if you want to fire more than one group of shells from the rack and not all at once, more terminals will certainly allow for that.

Could you also use a 1x6 board as your side support?

OSB is considered the best because it will fracture but largely stay intact if you have a blowout. Even better in my opinion is hardware cloth, see my video on this channel for a demo:
th-cam.com/video/MovgO1wrEXQ/w-d-xo.html ALL the tubes stay upright after a blowout! 1x3, 1x4, 1x6 can all be used but if you have a blowout the entire board can easily blow off the side and the remaining unfired tubes may spill out of the rack. If the chain fuse remains lit these shells are going to shoot everywhere!

Here is a tip....put a base support or it will fall over. Onlookers will be in danger.

zaneyone1 Oh of course I use end boards on all my racks or they won’t stand up! And to pod multiple racks together. No point leaving big end boards attached for the video...

You plug your Talon or your ematch in to the speaker terminal...
