Pre-boiling eggs and pealing them and keeping them in fridge has been such a good diet hack for me. If I ever feel hungry, they keep me full and they’re always ready to eat, so I don’t pig out on something unhealthy. Lost so much weight in 2 weeks by doing this. ❤
I agree with you Mila regarding prioritizing kids before career. I had kids and started my career simultaneously and I wish I had my kids first. I will be a new Dr before I hit 40 and I’m so glad I already established my family.
When I break out, I make that carrot salad that went viral (thin strips of carrot, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to taste) and I have it every day on empty stomach or before a meal for a week and it helps ! Also maybe try spearmint tea to see if it helps!
Mila having breakout on the chin is hormonal I use ordinary oily salicylic acid and it changed my life ..I hope you try it I think you will see a big difference
I LOVE Youth Dew. I keep it & smell it occasionally, but i can't wear it.... it's just too mature, but it's such a comforting scent....all the grandmas indeed.
A podcast I listened to said Youth Dew smells like a perfume used to scent Cleopatra’s sarcophagus. I bought it right away lol. I don’t wear it but it’s fascinating and with so much history

It’s becoming the norm to have kids out of wedlock, and it’s common for women to end up having multiple kids by different fathers by their 30’s. That is not ideal for many reasons: having to organize visits & holidays around different families, complicated money & child support, and so much more.
As for your breakouts - it could be a form of Rosacea - my husband has that it comes and goes and never knew why - a dermatologist would be able to tell you. There are creams and even meds for this problem. Ps - also love your chit chats❤

Hello, if the breakouts are small (non cystic) around your jawline or mouth, it could be dermatitis and can come from toothpaste or SLS due to an allergic reaction. Try switching that up 😊 hope that’s the issue because that’s an easy fix. This happened to me

Try Adapalene gel (also called Differin gel) for your breakouts. I suffered with chin and jawline breakouts for years and it cleared mine up. ❤️
Mila, breakouts on the jawline are usually hormonal. I would just go to the derm instead of spending money on products that might not work
