    You cannot make of a truth a lie
    You cannot make a lie a truth
    It stands without change
    So too is this truth that
    A prophet is of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala or not
    All honor bestowed upon the prophets is from and Only from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala
    Therefore none can take it away
    There is no reason to defend any of the prophets, as no human being can give or take that honor. Either by attempt at demeaning or defending
    It is unchanged as it is held by Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala

    - Islam has exclusive mandate to define, standardise and facilitate public morality.

    Macron should have said: "Yes we have freedom of expression, but we also have a duty to be considerate, respectful, gracious to others. Yes we have freedom of expression, but we also discourage use of vulgar speech. So as President I will defend Mr Paty's right to free speech, but I condemn his use of that right in this disgraceful manner. Macron is less evil compared to the opposing party in France.
      The reason why France really respects freedom of speech is because they believe in Laicite.
      They not only oppress Islam but other religions too.
      They need to progress and drop their archaic concept of Laicite. It's not helping anybody when it's insulting others.

    So basically, if a sane unrepentant person intentionally blasphemes against the Prophet in public, he should be executed only after a trial by the State or official authority if they decide it is the appropriate punishment...not at the whim of an individual who decides to take the law into his own hands.

      And THIS is why we do not want Islam in the west. Because you start if compliant with western values and laws but you know that your end game is to turn every nation that is not already a Muslim majority into exactly that. A Muslim majority nation where sharia is enforced.
      Islam in the west co exists only while it is the minority. Then it takes over.
      We in the west have a clear message. We do not want your Islam. We do not want your prophet.

      Dr Qadhi justified that blasphemy against the holy prophet is a punishable offence in Islamic land which is just opposite to the teachings of Islam. Allah subhanutaala didn't mention even in a single verse of the entire holy Quran that supports his view. When Allah subhanutaala didn't mention any physical punishment for blasphemy, how come the holy prophet Muhammad pbuh do anything that is not sanctioned by Allah? Any Hadith that says anything contrary to the saying of Allah subhanutaala must be ignored or explained in the light of the holy Quran.

    • @antaraanikapiya2075
      @antaraanikapiya2075 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@textilesbd there are reports in different hadiths of killing people during the times of the prophet (sa) which was ordered by the prophet (sa) himself. Can you explain that? Also are you sure there is no explicit verse in the Quran to condemn blasphemy or order of punishing anyone who speaks against islam, prophet(sa) or Allah SWT? I am just curious, if you know let me know.

    • @textilesbd
      @textilesbd 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@antaraanikapiya2075 those are mostly fabricated Hadith having no relationship with any quranic instructions or guidance. Giving any physical punishment to those who insult the holy prophet Muhammad pbuh is direct against the holy Quran and sunnah, but in some cases punishment was given for other offence but misunderstood as a punishment for blasphemy.

    The understanding of the Qur'an and Al-Hadith can only be practiced / exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad and not opposed by the Prophet Muhammad. If there is someone who understands for himself the verses in the Quran and Hadith that are not in accordance with the instructions and examples of the prophet, it is possible that that person has received/followed the instructions of the accursed devil because the devil himself is very knowledgeable about Islam, which is a religion that is opposed by the devil because of the devil. is (become an enemy) of Allah swt because of his arrogance he does not want to respect the prophets who are glorified by Allah, therefore follow the instructions of the prophets & do not follow the instructions of the accursed devil or do not follow your lusts but follow the wishes of God who created you because it is better for you.

    Asc sheikh, jazaka allah for your teaching and effort to reach those of us living in the west. I think it will be more beneficial to orchestrate serial lectures specifically addressing muslim youth who live in the west. I intend those who immigrated in very young age or born in the west. For them, they are not clear the covenant and the aoth they took. They don't know why they become or how they come to be minority. They don't have good grasp why their parents chose to run away from their muslim majority countries or troubled parts of the world like Russian federation communities. They don't have deep understanding and limitations in those muslim majority countries like their parents do. Neither Why there is no islamic shari'a applied to those homelands. They need more than one or two lectures.

    So you talk of death penalties for blasphemy in Muslim majority countries as a matter of fact. But you obviously live in a Muslim minority country.

    • @felreizmeshinca7459
      @felreizmeshinca7459 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It depends on situation.
      I believe the more important question is, why would you find it barbaric? What would be a suitable punishment?

    • @CherylTamer-gb1gk
      @CherylTamer-gb1gk 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Reed Anuar “it depends on the situation”
      Could you elaborate, please?

    • @CherylTamer-gb1gk
      @CherylTamer-gb1gk 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Reed Anuar the fact that even need to ask me *why* I find this barbaric is quite alarming. And the fact that you see *this* as the more important question is just as alarming.
      It appears you are not going to give me a definitive “yes I think it’s ok” or “no in think it’s not ok” answer. So - let me illustrate what a straight answer looks like.
      I think it is utterly barbaric. To take someone’s life because they may not believe what you do and have dared to express that!?? Unacceptable. As a Christian I would not want people speaking ill of Christ. I would not want people blaspheming Christ. But if they do, I can ask them not to, I can explain that it upsets me and I can explain why. Then I leave it. What they do from there on is between them and God. But here’s the thing - MOST people who were anti-God and then repented did so over time. Not over night. And most who I know who have come to Christ did so out of love not force. Most repentance is out of love not force. Romans 2:4 talks of the GOODNESS of God leading to repentance.
      So what is a fitting punishment? Again - the fact that you even MENTION punishment says a lot about you and, I’m afraid to say, your religion. I believe that if someone speaks blasphemy, we should warn and caution them but not against the backdrop of punishment metered out by man, but eternal punishment from God. AND THEN LEAVE GOD TO SOFTEN THEIR HEART!
      The Islamic way of killing a person is barbaric on so many levels but primarily it defies the person growing in repentance toward God and in doing so effectively sentences them to immediate and eternal damnation.
      Now please tell me how your religion is kind, peaceful and good when you have just revealed that in your heart you question why death for blasphemy could possibly be seen as barbaric.

      Killing someone for not believing in Islam is wrong and condemned. There is a verse in the Quran " There is no compulsion in Religion " however, derogatory remarks against Prophet Muhammad PBUH are subject to penalty. You just cant insult our beliefs & honour. Derogatory remarks not only facilitate discrimination against a group but is also a means of bullying & violence. Islam condemns this. We muslims are not allowed to speak ill of other's Gods and will not tolerate the same. You dont believe in Islam, fine walk your way. If you come with peace & agreement we will also honour our agreement to live in peace. In fact it is a huge sin in Islam to kill non-muslims or do any harm to them if they live under an Islamic state with peace agreement. They cannot be forced to convert nor can be harassed. The person who does this shall not even smell the paradise according to one of the Hadiths. BUT If You insult,ridicule, make derogatory remarks against our religion, attack it , then we WILL take action. Freedom of Speech is not without limits.

      Should not watch those movies that actually increase viewers. No one can harm Allah and His prophet, this is our part of iman. Instead of talking about movie and cartoon talk about Seera.

    Subhan Allah, i wish i wasnt born in a time of such weakness and humiliation, to the point that the muslims are willing to open the discussion about what laws of islam to "keep, change, modify, implement, etc."
    Wallah i wish my parents never moved to the west for me to even hear such humiliation. Wallah i would rather die than to ever contemplate these things. Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali never ever did any of this due to "pressure from the other nations" or fear for the backlash of their subjects. If they ever implemented something differently it was a temporary issue that was based on the religion and on the *ACTUAL* circumstances of the time, like when Umar *TEMPORARILY* stopped implementing the hadd of cutting the hand of the thief due to the famine that had struck them. What is being proposed here is no where near what the Khulafah ar-Rashidun did. What is being proposed here is due to fear of the disbelievers, lets be real here. Its fear of backlash. Never EVER did any of the khulafa ar rashidun fear the backlash of the disbelievers.
    OF COURSE Mursi should have implemented the sharia and what it entails (jizyah for the christian minority). How is this even a question? Yes a muslim and a christian are NOT EQUAL under sharia because they are NOT EQUAL under Allah!
    Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un. I am sticking to the scholars from Somalia, who don't live under the fear of the disbelievers and who actually say it as it is. I recommend muslims who are interested in learning the truth of Islam to listen to the scholars from the muslim countries as they will teach you without the filter of the west.
    May Allah accept from Yasir Qadhi the immense good he has done and guide him away from the blemishes and clear wrongs that is being spoken. Amin.
    Salaam.
