Apparently you have to be off bourbon by 9pm, but you can be on the side streets but still close to bourbon , like where Jess was or rooster
And it applies to iberville and saint ann . And most permits non food was 75.00 , I still don’t think permit is issue cause they didn’t bump rooster but did night before
