I would also say Keller, Benbrook and even Mansfield are areas that are pretty good to live in! For anyone planning to move here I would recommend you think about traffic, it’s an everyday thing at all hours. DFW area is exploding with new people and even the suburb areas have turned themselves into separate cities (ex: Plano, Frisco). South lake is known as the most unaffordable in Fort Worth area, it is very safe and schools are exceptional. If you want something more affordable look into Benbrook or Mansfield area. I’ve lived in Forest Hill for the past 14 yrs and I’ve seen how these places have boomed. It does feel crowded but that’s bc I’m in between all these big cities. Keller is more on the high middle class to lower rich class area, this place is still having development with stores and restaurants but it’s beautiful and clean. Unfortunately since due to the DFW growing so drastically it has become too expensive to even live in the areas that are not that well. It’s raised property taxes by more than double in the last 4 yrs bc of this, which is outrageous.
Last thing I will say is if you want a safe, cleaner and upcoming area to move into the DFW area go to the furthest suburbs of the cities. Don’t look towards downtown at all. Further away from downtown the better. Hope this helps!

Those are great recommendations! Keller, Benbrook & Mansfield are all highly sought out areas, for sure! 😍 We should start seeing a bit of relief on property taxes, too, thanks to the new bill passed!
