Leo you are the best. Excellent instructions. The fact that you spend your time and expense to help us assemble a free design shows how much you care about your customers. You are a giant step above your competitors 💕
Thank you, just got the ladies, box and bates house freebies now to get all them made
Awesome! We would love to see your finished projects on our Dreaming Tree Facebook Group when you are finished! facebook.com/groups/3dsvg/ :)
Beautiful work. I can’t wait to build it and put it under my tree!
Thank you for this awesome freebie 🙏
I think you have the best AFC cheese on the market also👍🏼
I tell absolutely everyone about your website if they’re looking for quality patterns .
Thanks for sharing!!

Oh my! After receiving your response, I reread my comment. Gotta love that spellchecker! Also in my defense, I picked up a flu bug, and I have been nearly delirious at times.
I would not wish this on my worst enemy. I think this may be the most sick I have ever been. After six days I think I may be feeling a tiny bit better.
I don’t even know what AFC cheese is!! LOL
I Love it ♥️
love it .
Best take away from this video is using the reverse pliers to hold while the glue dries!
Gorgeous and intimidating! How long did it take you to make it?
Hi Karen, assembly would take about 4 hours on the house. You can find the original house assembly here: th-cam.com/video/NW-3YwlCLdE/w-d-xo.html
WoW!
Where did you get the templates you used on the house. I have looked and looked
I purchased the Bates house... and the paper Kit for the Christmas... but I cannot find a list of which colors to convert from the original Bates house. Obviously the granite is not granite on the Christmas house, etc...
Hi Julie, we have the information listed under the Supply List tab on the page. www.3dsvg.com/contactus/
I'm curious how you store these? I know I would want to have them out for Christmas for many yrs but also wondering how long will they hold up. (In a calm house without kids and pets of course lol)
I would find a box big enough to put some padding in. I think if it were stored properly, it would last for many many years.
I live in CA and Leo lives in IL and we both keep ours out and or stored in regular plastic bin without issues, some projects going back 10+ years. ~Mike
@@3dsvg thank you!
has anyone used a scoring board to make it look like siding. I dont have an embossing folder and when I make this beautiful house I want it to look like siding..
I have wondered that as well. I don’t know why it wouldn’t. I would want to do some practice pieces first though.
@@1wildwackywoman good idea.. maybe that's what I will do today. :) happy crafting!
