    You don't use a mag while you are doing the stipple on the grip?

      Good catch, I actually do that afterward with extra tape and a hair dryer to really make the mags drop free. There's no other warping concerns if you know what you're doing. Don't sqeeze, twist, or lean on the grip when you're dremmeling or burning. Also, never hold by the dust covers it could mess with rail alignment.
