salaam brother i have a growatt 5kva inverter that blew. Someone told me i cant connect 2 x 24v lithium batteries in series to get the 48v to power the inverter that is why it blow. Can this be true

Some of my inverters are displaying 32 which is not supposed to be an error, it's a warning that a section or spare has not been connected, however all the spares are connected, double check the connections but still displaying 32, what's the solution
