I'm afraid a lot of the place looks run down and grotty on camera. Like all the metal rods sticking out across the way from very first place. Maybe it just doesn't come across well on camera. The sweet stall looked amazing xx
Typical Italy -a lot of areas are run down /poor or completely opposite & really modern . What Italy does have is the culture,history, friendly people & good food . Great country

Palermo is a bit much for me, Mount Etna is wonderful, Cefalu is amazing, very pretty.
