That was a great video but I have to get a little technical you said that Caribbean jerk was a barbecue sauce it clearly is not it says it right on the bottle that it is a marinade but you can use it as a sauce you kept calling it a barbecue sauce it is not it is a marinade lol. A fantastic video none the less and I can't wait to see more.
