Farsi is a sweet & rich language. Farsi is mother of Urdu. Farsi is always a favourite language of Subcontinent Muslims. 100 years back even a common Muslim house wife of Subcontinent had know how of Farsi. Mirza Ghalib, Allama Iqbal, Sir Syed Ahmed etc our ancestors all were Farsi scholars. I Love Farsi language.

Avestan (Old Persian) is the mother of Farsi.
Avestan is a sister Language of Vedic Sanskrit!

@@meera1860 nope I don't and i feel only a few Parsis know it. First i have to learn Sanskrit. If i learn Sasnkrit, I'll be able to pick up Old Persian AKA Avestan very easily.

Despite being the same language in Tajikestan, Iran and Afghanistan, there are some dialects among three countries. I found many similarities in the case of pronunciation between Urdu and Afghanistan pronunciation, we also said Darvaza or khana und ghaira!

here most of people speak Farsi.
To some studies, 20-30% of Afghans speak Farsi as their native language but the call it *Darsi* instead of *Farsi*

because we don't translate word by word. there are a lot of pharasal verbs that shows the good relationship between or towards things. "Full With" is a phrasal verb that means پُر از
so you have to use 'with' when you show the state of not having further things.
