In terms of circumcising the literal only benefit outside of religious beliefs is that yes bacteria can grow under it. But like stated in the vid its not like uncircumsized people walk around with nasty bacteria filled bits. If you are washing youself then its not an issue. It doesn't matter if there are two of them. The fact they have the same name is enough for kids to not be able to tell the difference. And even with the greater size the amount of caffeine per unit of liquid is still comparable if not greater than red bull.
