I’ve watched 10’s of thousands of TH-cam videos over the years and this video is one of, if not my favorite TH-cam video I have ever watched. Often times, I get caught up in my bubble of a world. Following close patterns of daily routines - losing sight that there are billions of people out there. It’s quite sad, how one could look at all the people that will never be met. The shared human condition every individual has in common, represented by specks of light from passing headlights. The happiness some had, the hardships some were going through - all a brief moment in time. To this day, some people may drive the same roads, at same time - while others have not been allotted more time. Oddly, viewing this video was sort of an important moment in my life. I remember watching this many months ago during a time of high-stress due to work and school demands. Compounded by lack of sleep, I began to not take as good of care of myself as I should have. I was struggling and felt a deep loneliness. In Stoic philosophy there is this idea of “the view from above”. Essentially, it’s putting your own life in perspective to the bigger picture of the world (or universe). This video remains a reminder that I should not stay narrow-sighted. My life’s recurring fantasies, desires, aversions, and unavoidable impending emotional turmoil - are a shared human condition. My life will constantly change and so will everyone else’s. I am not alone. Thank you for sharing this video!
this is a shot in the dark, but when you had the flyover LA video, there was some mesmerizing music in the background and I remember it being a video I watched as a kid.... Any chance you remember that music, and/or could send me the original video since it was removed?
This video has music that fades in slowly. It is Hammock - Still Point. However if you are refering to a really old upload I had that has since been removed, i believe the music was Kevin Kendle - The Lovers. Please let me know if either one is what you are referring to :)
