- We all know that doing bug bounties full time requires hacking skills, but what other considerations do full-time bug bounty hunters need to consider and think about? In this video, I chat with Alex Chapman former Pentester who started full-time bug bounty hunting in 2019. This is the full interview with Alex
Alex's goal was to make 80% of his full-time salary while working 50% or less of the time, he didn't quite make it but only because he was in the zone and working more because he was having a good time! In this interview, we talk about how Alex got started, what he wished he knew when he started, what technologies people should be learning and how he made the jump.

Thank you for this content. This is the most realistic interview in terms of how to think and prepare yourself for full-time job on BB hunting. We all see posts and videos trying to explain the technical ways on how to be successful on bug bounty but they all forget about how to think efficiently, how to have a business plan or how to manage the whole thing, especially when it comes to full-time job on BB. Thank Alex for your wise answers, that's what I was looking for: someone that has a background, experience and a life that couldn't be ruined. We never go to a thing at 100% without a backup plan. Multiple parachutes is the key as Alex said.
