after going through the gateway on hydra island indra doesn't actually have to stay alive for the whole time you just have to light each torch within 5 minutes but just make sure you enter the gateway from hydra island before indra dies

Slow it down by putting it on 0.5x speed, people prefer it fast though because it would take too long to the point where the time would run out
