One should be careful in selecting non CDA housing schemes as they donot have water reservoirs. These housing schemes are depleting ground water level @ 10 feet per anum. It was once 80 feet in Islamabad with no such schemes in the vicinity. Now the level of ground water has reached from 200 feet to 400 feet. And going down at a fast rate. Sooner or later this region with so many bad shape structured housing schemes closely bounded with no water with huge population will play havoc as these all are not planned. Look at the area around from Faisal Hill to Capital Smart city to Bahria phase 9 to DHA phase 7 and then to Gulberg green to Park view city to Bahria enclave with so many small housing scheme. The worst thing is the land mafia is not sparing Murree hills and Margalla hills forest. What a nightmare for Islamabad and Rawalpindi it will be in coming years. And shame to CDA, MDA, RDA incl. Rawat, Taxila administration.

No price mentioned. Looks like barrack type of housing as all villas seem to be of same design.
How the artificial lake is maintaining it’s water flow? Is the water circulated by water pumps & for how long ? In fact, it is not a lake but a pond? From where it is filled or it has to wait for rain? Ultimately, it will be a stinky pond of static water as the pumps will malfunction with no repair or replacement.

v true. ultimately the pond will be infested with mosquitoes and maggots and green algae when left untreated. In Dubai Greens, and many Emaar housing schemes have same failed maintenance which cause smell.

Dodocha dam cannot solve all housing schemes spread over 50 km all around. main Islamabad. Rawal Dam is gone....it has reached close to sewerage water.

Nice house. but space could be better utilized on ground floor. Lot of wastage in foyer, back 2 lounges etc. Most 10 Marla homes and all 1 Kanal homes have 2 full bedrooms on the ground floor. Alas this is a major drawback for Eighteen. We had plans to buy but declined due to this. Also no linen cupboard/storeroom or servant quarters at all?
