I wasnt a fan of Beth tbh she was weak but became strong in the end but she never would have made it much longer. She was too gentle for the harsh cruel world
They killed both Beth and Andrea when their characters just reached the end of an interesting Arc 🙄 So fucking stupid. The characters would have been more interesting to see AFTER their last arcs, killing them just destroys the writers chance to write anything new with them for what? Shock value? Idiotic.
Saying "the writers missed out on a chance to write anything new for them" is kinda silly, because that would mean writers should never, ever kill off any character no matter their stage of growth because they'd "miss out" on a chance to write something more for them. The writers will be ok, they'll have other characters to write about. Untimely deaths are incredibly accurate to real life and the fact that people are here talking about Beth's death means it had an impact. If Beth had survived and lived to be an old woman, you wouldn't be here talking about her.
