In the Division 3 they should add in a Dialogue system, Romance system, Base and/or Outpost upgrade and/or building system, Vehicles, and just like you said Civilian upgrades (like upgrading the type of guns and armor patrols and base/outposts guards carry). I feel like these would greatly interest a lot of people I mean the Division made the concepts, the Division 2 is basically being used to perfect and tweak them while adding some new things, the Division 3 should be used to expand the games RPG elements and Story.

But like you “jailbreak” ISAC allowing you to have access to all skills instead of two and super cool down all in a limited time. Kind of like Spartan Rage or Force Rage in Force Unleash.

I would like to know what's going on. I played the expansion yesterday for almost an hour with no problems. I went to play today and my character was blocked. (xbox one).
Absolutely LOVE the detail, lighting, effects and world design in this - I haven’t been to America or manhattan in almost ten years, but it feels soooooo familiar, wandering about through the spectacularly destroyed lower Manhattan. Errr, you know what I mean. But I HATE the bugs - how did it ship, with the amount of weird audio bugs on my base PS4? The sound constantly disappears, cuts out dead, etc, while the by now well reported bug of Not being able to talk to key characters is also annoying. Hope they’re patched, soon, but otherwise - a great early impression, so well done to the team for more great Division content...

I recently bought the ultimate edition while it was on sale for this game as I was a huge fan of the first. After the warlords of new york expansion was released I noticed that the ultimate edition was taken down off the play station store and a cheaper ultimate edition that includes the new expansion was added to the store. I find this to be a sleazy and unfair way of earning money and a stab in the back to the players who were willing to spend the extra bit of money to buy a better version of the game just to receive less than the new and cheaper ultimate edition.
Comrade Doggo yeah, but this person is complaining how this happened when he only got the game during the sale, yet I played since March 12 (gold edition pre order) and haven’t had an issue.
david anderson it wasn’t in the ultimate edition in year 1 because it wasn’t out yet, nor was it announced until a little while ago. Now that the expansion is out, I am pretty sure it is in the ultimate edition now.

Great trailer, great engine, great setting and graphics. 29,99 is too much for 5 Maine missions. 14,99 is better

Temblor, James Ronald Paul Rhodes didn’t survive it, he never was in the attack in the first place. He runs a neighboring settlement in New York now.
