This is my bucket listitem, and the number one reason I’m coming to Italy! In the beginning of the video you talked about taking a bus and Ferry. Do you happen to have any information on leaving from Naples? I would assume I would take a ferry to Amalfi where you started and then the bus to the beginning of the trail to end in Positano and then hopefully get a ferry back to Naples. if you could direct me in that direction, I would appreciate it. I’m glad I found this video!
This is a fab video! Thank you so much! We are going to Amalfi on Friday and will be doing this walk. The path looks well laid out, is there alot of the climbing rocks or generally all path?
I did this hike yesterday. If you begin in Bomerano you will mostly go down the rocks all the way to Nocelle and then if you want to Positano. And yes, even now and then there will be some climbing. Just watch your feet before you make a step on a stone and everything will be fine.
Nice video! Looks awesome, and we'll be trying it this May. How bad was the last leg from Nocelle down the steps to tghe main road? I know many people ytu and take the bus back from there. Happy trails.
Thanks man! You'll love the hike! To be honest the steps down are probably the hardest part but worth it in my opinion purely for the experience and the views along the way. Hope you have a great time in Italy!
