  • Crispy Chinese Chicken Cutlets
    Ingredients and steps:
    2 tbsp oil
    1 thsp minced garlic
    300g boiled shredded chicken
    Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
    1 chopped pepper/capsicum
    Half cup green peas
    Half cup green onions
    Half cup carrots
    Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp white pepper
    1/2 tsp chinese salt(msg)(optional)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tbsp dark soy sauce
    1 tbsp white vinegar
    Stir fry for 2-3 minutes
    Add 2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
    Mix it for a minute. Add 2 tbsp plain all purpose flour
    Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until the mixture comes together. Make cutlets while the mixture is warm. Coat in eggs. Coat in panko breadcrumbs.
    You can deep fry, Shallow fry, Air fry or make it in oven.
    Oil spray and air fry or bake at 180ºC for about 7-8 minutes each side.
