How is the stimulus is the opposite of Fahrenheit if you're going to do more stimulus your cross canceling look at the math on that your accomplishing zero you're increasing inflation on one hand and then giving away free money on the other when you're supposed to be if you do one you don't do the other right I mean I'm not good at math but isn't that even a moron can see that so you're seeing you only understand what we're going into recession here stagflation everybody's saying the comment section yeah and your money's going to be going to cost you a hell of a lot more but the government's doing this to try to be right on behind that curb so you can protect the amount of money it's been borrowing okay so that this whole thing is about trying to save the nation by the government's the banks in this desperate attempt when we've over borrowed under this administration due to the covid now the problem is covid's not improving and you've got people savings gone now you're going to be forced to stimulate about your people have no money at all and you got inflation going up what you're trying to curb curb that inflation but at the same time you cannot offer stimulus because if you borrow more you'll be increasing inflation which would mean that you're going to have to increase and do more FedEx so not you're not talking to Fed hikes they're talking four fed hikes they might be talking five bit if you start giving money out now when the people are starving the death the middle class is gone rich don't care they're laughing and the poor are sitting there trying to pay 20 to 30% more for their hamburger gas prices go up you're going to be looking at a situation the same as 1981 Black Monday so with the terminal panicked knowing it's over hit the two is right on the curve just like he said and this is caused a dramatic impact now you're going to end up in stagflation so now you're going to have to stimulate and that's going to increase rate hikes even more to curb and inflation from more borrowing and stimulus whereas we didn't it's it's complicated where we should have waited a little bit longer not been as aggressive allow the economy to make a comeback hopefully we can curb the covid and then take then gradually increase rate hikes after we finish stimulating because of this covid attack on the country so we were looking as the balance between a borrowed money inflation and tightening of the money supply on poor people is going to be a rough one so stand by this year market's not going to expect too much this year

  • @MrFdfa

I think the Fed should begin rapid balance sheet reduction first, before raising any Fed interest rates.
The current inflation is due to the Ukraine war, Covid-19 disruption, and deglobalization, which cannot be solved via interest rates.
Raising the interest rates will only let ordinary people suffer more, especially with the increase in the mortgage/rent payment.
For ordinary people, the effect of double the mortgage/rent payment is much higher than double the energy & food bill. People can go through the unavoidable increase in their energy & food bills, but why should the Fed add a much heavier layer of higher mortgage/rent to them quickly before they can go through the higher bills first?
The rapid expansion Fed balance sheet via the QE program is unhealthy, and it mainly helps the people in the financial world, while the interest rate affects the living cost of every ordinary people.
I think the Fed should start the rapid balance sheet reduction first, while raising the interest rates only after the reduction is finished and give some time to the ordinary people to let them have enough income to pay for their monthly bills.
Rates up first -> bonds price down -> later Fed reduce balance sheet with a lower price -> public Fed lost money to private bankers.
Reduce balance sheet first with a normal price before rates up -> public Fed do not lose -> raise the rate after balance sheet reduction.

The government does review from each quarter, the prevailing winds of US commerce. Raising interest rates can slow inflation. The Anti Trust campaign seems more urgent to some corporations as to profits. The good news is that in the US omicron has replaced Delta at 95% to only 5% delta cases coming in. We could be back at pre pandemic health and financial markets to support innovation by March 31st. Perhaps with a few breaks and safely remaining open to business this winter. We can take back the world markets we had and help them recover. While encouraging freedom and lawful contracts to anyone doing business here. Kazakhstan has just had a coup and fighting continues with 8 police and soldiers killed by crowds. Putin has said he is sending Russian and Belarussian troops in...OK then.
