    Thanks for your video, is it possible to include part of live load deflections in to camber, so that you can reduce the total deflections in the structure, e.g. Camber = Dead Def. + 20% Live def.

      Yes, one could do that. However, the general practice is to not include any live load in camber calculations. Live load deflection and vibration control is related to rider and pedestrian comfort. Camber does not help with this issue.
