For improvement’s you should turn up your sensitivity, you’re turning too slow to use your moves properly. Also your moves don’t work on enemies unless you m1 them first, then you can use moves on them. Also stop spam clicking, the way you do it you’re doing like 1-2 dmg each click. You gotta wait till the lil sword in the middle of your screen after you swing is full and has a + under it. Also for the attacks that are chargeable you can tell if it’s max charge if you see blue sparkles in your face after holding it, besides barrage attacks. And the dmg increase is way better than spam click the move and waiting for their cds. It goes from like 100+ to 200+ with some moves.
shifting the moment you took the any attacks from your enemy negates the damage a lot. it's called "just guard" in that mod. shifting in general gives you a level 1 potion effect just guard and would still negates the damage but not as powerful when you timed it right which gives you a level 2-4 effect just guard. this is why some few veterans who plays this mod can survive and kill sukuna (fushiguro) in hardcore difficulty. also, try to avoid being hit by their attack as much as possible by using your movement speed, and ability to backstep. toji has the fastest mobility out of all the sorcerers in that mod, but cannot use reversed cursed technique, so relying on dodging the incoming attacks as much as possible is his main point. but if you think you can't dodge the attack that's being charged up to you like hollow purple, or gojo's red, then using "just guard" is your best option to survive those difficult to dodge attacks.
Here are some tips on megumi round deer can heal and can hurt cursed spirits and also you have to kill megumi shinagami for you to have them on your side oh and also the reason you couldn't hit some people with the attack is because you have to hit them normally first

For megumi curse technique, you start with divine dogs and you have to exorcize each shikigami inorder for them to listen
