great vid,but what feels most comfortable is best ,as there are many people have wrist elbow & shoulder issues,so really do whats comfortable smash them.........
Wow Ameer, top-notch, amazing video!! Thoroughly enjoyed. Love the research and enthusiasm. Super engaging and informing. Subscribed√ Can I ask about your vibe board (and accessories)... which model are using and what accessories did you get. I have an education company in the legal industry and could use a setup like this! Cheers.
@@views40 thanks for the feedback! Vibe board is honestly the best I’ve found on the market, this is the S1 55”. Love to use it for training Zoom calls (see the little camera mounted?) so I can draw on form videos and explain concepts graphically! Also for personal notes. Has a ton of integration with professional apps too
Very informative video and well explained. Would adding pauses in the most challenging positions be a good thing to do other than controll? I would be very glad if you make a similar video but about upper back muscles. Thank you
If you train your biceps with your back on Tuesdays and then train them again with your triceps on Fridays, can you achieve the biggest gains with this split, or is it too much training for the biceps? Would it be better to train them only once a week? There’s a lot of conflicting information out there, so I’d like your informed opinion
@@footsmakenzyhellothr 2x a week is likely much better than once a week. Just don’t go overboard and do more than 3-4 hard sets of biceps each of those sessions
