#pikkupaaji try eating Gajar Alu Mattar cooked in Pressure cooker, curry style. You might like it. Zimmikand - Make fried zimmikand with mattar and put some fresh coconut+ almonds in its tomato/onion curry and have it with white steam rice. Yum !!! Your opinion about zimmikand would change for sure. Shalgam - Have it in vegetable pickle - Gajar, Gobhi and Shalgam in subziyon ka achar (Brown vinegar + Jaggery + Spices). This picke goes really well especially in winters with Plain parantha and hot masala chai.
