THIS! This is what indirectly got me back into Toku after 1998. I hadn't watched a Power Rangers since Space. I was extremely bored one day and I saw the Gokaiger vs Gavan poster. The Gokaigers didnt catch my eye, but shiny ass Gavan certainly did. The Gokaigers eventually won my heart, though and then I looked up Kamen Rider Fourze, and here I am. Thank you, Gavan!

Thank you Toei! I can’t believe I found it here. Gavan was my best childhood superhero series. I had their poster, video, cassette. In my home country, it’s called Gaban. Mimi as partner is cute and perfect addition to Gavan. No kids ever missed watching the series. I wouldn’t mind watching these again though I’m over 40. ❤️❤️❤️

I did´nt watch it back in the 80´s when i was a little boy, but fortunelly saw JIBAN and some other tokusatsu shows( in the early 90´s) that fed my love for this genre. FInding this on youtube was the greatest gift someone could give to me. Thanks TOEI!!!

Ative a legenda e coloca em ingles, depois vai na engrenagem e ativa traduzir automaticamente, em seguida escolha o idioma portugues, pronto, temos a legenda traduzida do ingle para o portugues. A tradução não é 100%, mas ajuda bastante e da para entender direito.

I used to watched it from solar Philippines when I was in grade school and they changed the name into Sky Ranger Gabin instead of Gavan which is the original name of the character and the ending is fantastic cause it shows that Shaider's mentor was Gavan before he became a space police.

@@mikamika1873 bah quand l'ennemi est coupé en 2, je sais pas si c'était resté. Ça remonte à trop loin piur m'en souvenir. Au moins au pourra voir si c'était bien adapté.
Je ne me rappelle plus s'il y avait des scènes censurées (et malgré le fait qu'il y ait des découpes d'ennemis, les scènes restaient particulièrement soft, donc peut-être que ça ne se justifiait pas). Par contre, ce dont je me rappelle bien, c'est le remplacement des musiques japonaises par le générique d'Antoine "Paul Persavon" de Caunes dans les scènes de combat, que les adaptateurs français ont fait en écrasant tous les sons originaux, y compris les bruitages. On se retrouvait donc avec des combats sans bruitage, mais avec de la musique. Et avec du dialogue en plus (car en France, on n'aime pas les blancs, donc même sur des scènes de combat initialement sans dialogue, il faut que le comédien de doublage en rajoute). :)
Le must des séries. La France peut s'enorgueillir d'avoir fait parti des premiers à avoir vu la série et ce depuis 1984... J'avais 10 ans et super fan !
