You can see a weight gain from 8lbs base with no attachments to about 10.5 lbs. It all just will depend on attachments and stuff as well. HOWEVER, 2.5 lb difference is that sweet spot
Thanks for the video it made installation incredibly easy, the one thing i found lacking was not coving is the locking pin in the buttstock, the chassis came with no directions, which is fine your video covered installation in depth. However i thought i had a defective chassis because the buttpad would not move up or down i finally broke down against my better judgement and took the buttstock apart. And found nothing. I made a call to Utah air guns i was unable to get a definitive answer about what was going on and i would get a call back. They have always provided good service but after waiting i grew impatient and called my son in to help. Upon removing the buttpad again he spotted a insignificantly small piece this being the locking pin. After removing the pin the stock worked as intended. Love the gun, love the chassis but as you can see it was an arduous process Thanks again for the video
My question is how much does the FX King weigh with the new Saber Tactical Chassis installed? You did a really good job of explaining the installation process by the way...
Great video. So after installing the chassis the only thing that bothers me is the safety lever rides above the stops that are machined into the chassis. The lever went back into the slot as it was supposed to but it doesn't go down far enough to engage the stops. Any fixes for that?
Hi. Very informative video. I have an FX King and am thinking of purchasing the Sabre Tactical chassis. My rifle is configured for left handed use. Is the chassis compatible for a lefty? Thanks.
Have seen there is a extended rail if the rifle is equipped with a 700cc bottle. Right now it seems we have to buy the set with short rail and buy the extended rail separately. Will there be a set with extended rail included coming?
This buttstock does as well. On the bottom there are two tapped holes for either a direct fit or Piccatiny rail section for a monopod like a BT AccuShot.
I thought I saw those holes but wasn’t sure. Thank you for the clarification; I think 😄. Now I have another high end platform to struggle with not buying! It’s your fault if I now purchase this. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
@@eitangrinspon1637 For that use case I’d go with the FX DRS Classic 500mm it’s got fewer orings and more lightweight and compact. Perfect small game gun!
@AntonyLD 33 seconds ago (edited) I do enjoy this channel, great testing and reviews. BUT WHY??? Buy the FX King for several hundred $£ more than a Dynamic and then swap the stock and turn it into a Dynamic? For heavens sake, If you want the overpriced ego trip Saber STOCK, (it's a gun NOT a car) buy the Dynamic and put on the Saber, you'll save £300!
how much of a weight change will this give

Great job PJ! That chassis 100% makes that action awesome now. EFT, PRS, BR are viable options with that combo now.
Thank you PJ!!
You are so welcome
Have you considered selling the main body without the buttstock?. I think for hunting I'd prefer a more traditional AR unit.

What is the length of the king with your saber tactical chassis, not counting the sound suppressor?
Thanks
Will we still have to take the FX King out of the chassis to adjust the regulator...?
Cracking work there, looks awesome..
When's the DRS version coming?
It's out now.
Hi good looking rifle. What's the weight unscoped with that stock?
With the only attachment being a moderator it comes out to 11lbs
Does the chassis make it lighter or more heavy most hunters want a lighter weight rifle when walking around
2.5lbs heavier. However, you get quicker, speedier adjustment levels for on the go adjustment and precision. Plus easier access bipod attachment
Greetings, could you tell me what changes, if any, need to be made to an FX Dynamic to install this chassis?
There are some parts that we are working on sourcing, and as soon as we have them we will produce a video on it.
@@donnyfl Thanks, I'm looking forward to that video 👍🏻
Hi.Will it fit the panthera?.
The Panthera or Dynamic will work but you’ll need the longer safety post from the FX King for the safety switch to fit correctly through the safety.
We will also have a video coming out explaining the process. We are currently waiting on parts for the conversion.
I prefer a tactical butt stock that allows you to put on a fold out monopod like you can with a magpie prs and the A&B Arms butt stock on the R.A.W.

@@eitangrinspon1637 Do it! Ya can thank me later.
My last question is how would you rate FX platforms for a survivalist/prepper that values longevity and reliability?

Unless I missed it I'm not seeing where you need to remove the scope.
Would like to see a synthetic stock for weight reduction
Let me get back to you on this if this is currently in the works.
I’m sitting here patiently waiting for the DRS chassis video to drop.
Done!
Where i can buy the tactical butt stock like that ? And how much for that ?
$700 from Saber Tactical or Utah Airguns.

Or just buy the FX King as a base without the GRS Stock. Cheaper than the Dynamic.
Esto es solo para que los usuarios gasten dinero. Que FX ofrezca las 2 versiones y listo.
