I really appreciate how Divide made a song on the somberness and sadness of guts life while at the end giving us his determination to keep going until the end as hope.That’s the one part of guts that’s been overlooked.
Divide Music quickly became my all time favorite artist I randomly came across on youtube. His songs are just so damn good. I've been looping this one since it released lol. (With a little bit of One For All mixed in as that's my favorite song by him.)
What I love most is two things. One, divides lyrics. He is able to write the lyrics for the characters in a way it relates and you dont need it know the anime to understand and second. He always tries different genres of music and then mixes them in songs too. Hes always trying something new. This song is just amazing.
@@lc3212 One thing I really love is the little things in some of his songs. Like this one when the music kicks in at the "demons taste the air." In Lion Sin there's this escalation when he sings "I'm the lion sin" that's subtle but really brings the song to the next level for me.
I think the only way I can describe Berserk is you expect the glory of violent monster slaying and find yourself in a brutal tale of betrayal, heartbreak, and the dangers of hope in an exercise in futility. Personally, I do not recommend this anime to people because it is so much more harrowing than you expect and so much more tragic than you foresee. It is undeniably well written and a hell of a ride. If you have the stomach for it, see it, just know it will be much darker than you think.
