I've never seen this stitch before. It's terrific. Great video, your instructions are very clear without lots of extra arhing and umming . You have a lovely voice to listen to and no annoying background music to distract. Well done and can't wait for more. Thanks for your time and effort,

Okay! Where have I been? I have crocheted since age 19 (and I am over 60) and I have never seen this rolling stitch. I love it! You can do so much textural definition with this.
Amazed, astounded, and impressed! I don't know if this stitch is created by you or another designer, but I give much thanks to them (you) for it. I shall be using. Thank you so much!
(I know... I need to get a life, to get so excited by a new stitch. LOL)
    LUV ❤ 💯👍

Wonderful tutorial. I now realize how much more there is to learn about crochet stitches. Just discovered the mandala am so excited to get started. Thank you for this tutorial and your very efficient way of teaching.

Great video. When I did the edge of my mandala I forgot to do front loop only on the triples so when I did the folding single crochet I went into the same stitch but to the left of triples and it worked out fine.

I love this stitch. The 3-d effect is so cool. I'm thinking this stitch (or a version of it with sc or dc instead of triple for 1st round) would help stop the curling in a Tunisian crochet scarf. Kind of hemming it all the way around.

the video is US terms, so if you are using UK terms then yes it would be called a folding dc
