The build is just an embodiment of what a perfect modern house would be - for me. Thank you so much for putting the time to present such stunning work. It's modern and chic, yet at the same time not an eye sore with just black and white everywhere, it's so comforting and balanced with the nuances of what actually feels like a home. And also, congratulations on your first CC packs, excellent work indeed.

Love the house but you can use the Sims 4 Tray Importer to upload the cc just like you did the tray files why make it harder for us to be able to use the house as long as you are not putting the cc behind a paywall the creators don't mind you zipping up the cc!!
